Food is always fresh, hot, and ready by the time you pay. The issue is the people that work there are oddly unprofessional. Their customer service skills could do a lot of improving.

Came in to order food but I had to use the bathroom first. Was told the bathroom was for "paying customers" only. Changed my order for a meal to a soda because of what I considered to be discrimination because who are you to determine whether I'm a paying customer or not based on what baise? I'm literally a human with human needs and your building houses facilities for those needs that I needed as your potential customer that left feeling judged because your establishment is in a high foot traffic part of town. Good job dark skinned young lady in the front for your outstanding customer service!

Best fast food burger, wouldn't really call it fast food it's more of a actually burger and great quality.
Vegetarian options: The salads are so good you would think they have a salad chef. I highly recommend the cob salad

I ordered an unsweetened tea with lemon. When we got to the window she said they don't have lemon. Drive away and it's a sweetened tea. I went in to exchange it for an unsweetened tea and they got mad at me offered me a new drink and said that the tea I got was unsweetened. I asked for a refund and then they got really upset and finally gave it to me about 5 minutes later
I shop this location often since it’s near my house. Usually don’t have any issues, food is of good quality most of the time and not usually anything to have complaints about. I splurged away from the Biggie bags and spent $26 here on two meals today. Got home and my chicken sandwich was an oversized chicken nugget. I went back and asked for a new sandwich and the manager on duty, Dee?, started sucking his teeth and copped an attitude making comments that they don’t pick the size of the chicken. I suggested putting two that size on one and he said yeah that’s a good idea if there were two. I asked for fresh fries also as I explained my husband was already at home eating his fresh. He replaced the meal for me but could work on his attitude, he comes off as rude and disrespectful towards this establishments patrons reasonable concerns. If this company has professionalism or customer service related trainings I’d suggest Dee be assigned them as part of corrective action being taken. I’ll continue to come back for my biggie bags and occasional upgrade to a different meal, but I hope improvements to this team are made so that your customer experience moving forward is a positive one.

Service is abysmally slow and the food isn't good to compensate. My sandwich barely had any sauce and the cheese was just unmelted as it was barely warm, while my fries were completely unsalted.

My husband and I stopped in for a hot meal after hurricane Milton. The place was super crowded and noisy but what can you expect when you and your neighbors have no power. The Staff were friendly and very kind considering the stress and pressure of the current situation. I appreciate them for working during this tough time. The food was correct and piping hot. Thank you Wendy's Staff for making this situation more bearable!!!

Poor customer service. The places looks a little old school, the only good thing was the garlic chicken nuggets but overall I wished the McDonald next door was open, no napkins in bag, even in 2024 the concept of an ice coffee is new to them

I thought the Krabby Patty Meal came with a pineapple frosty??? Mr. Krabs would be pissed! A 12$ meal, and y’all can’t even get the items right… maybe this store is in need of a retrain.
