Food came out really fast (by the time I finished my order,) and was nice and hot. Food quality was fine. Service was pretty curt and to the point. Not the most welcoming experience, but I got what I came for and didn’t have to spend too much. Other than that, place was clean.

Thursday, February 1st. The kid at the front counter didn't realize that the orders payment before me didn't go through. Luckily the guy was dining in. He didn't communicate this to me, just kept leaving the counter touching the mop and looking at a homeless dude eating. Finally when he took my order, he put it in wrong, scanned it wrong, and when he asked for a manager to come void out what he put in wrong, we had to wait another several minutes.Lady with the head wrap so graciously comes over to the counter to tell me I must have done everything wrong. Tell me watch the way I walked. Talk to people, there's no need to get upset, I wasn't upset and I was speaking very patiently with them. I had only calmly pointed out how long I had been there.Thank you to the manager lady who stepped in and said it's all right. Those other two shouldn't be dealing with customers. And you definitely shouldn't be touching the register and the mop at the same time. That's disgusting

My order always wrong and I think I have food poisoning after consuming their taco salad b/c my stomach is hurting bad and my nuggets were old & dried up. I’m always having issues with missing items or incorrect order

The employees are incapable of cooking a square burger patty and assembling it on a bun with normal condiments. Instead they have decided they can’t be bothered with all that so they will give you a cold shriveled meat patty that is at least a day old slapped on a soggy bun halfway hanging off and dripping with uneven ratios of condiments like a literal half cup of mayo one time and an unripe tomato and a moldy piece of lettuce. This creation, which is made with contempt by the lazy or high cook, will be thrown in the microwave before serving it to you for $10. You wonder how they crank the food out so fast? It’s definitely not made to order bc that would require actual thinking and planning out the prep station. Your Dave’s double has been sitting wrapped up in a warmer for a few hours - that way the cook only has to open up the wrapper if you get it without lettuce or something. It’s practically dried beef jerky by the time you bite into it. But it makes it so much easier to be lazy when you precook all the burgers for the next 24 hours at 7 am. Now the cooks can check instagram and take coffee breaks all day instead of working and putting just 5% effort into their job.
Went to the Wendy's today at this location at 1:08 p.m. and Keyana took the order and was extremely rude and uneducated in her lack of customer service to my wife who was asking about what soft drinks they had available..I called several times to try to complain to a manager and forward the complaint but they are not taking calls and the voicemail is full.... avoid this garbage location at all costs..I will be calling corporate.
