Last time I will ever come here. last time I came here to get a baked potato and fries. pretty quick order. I understand things were backed up no problem. But when I got to the screen it was black and no one would answer when I tried to order. I pulled up to the second window bc the first window was closed. Told her I didn’t know how to order because the screen was broken. She said ‘it’s not broken I turned it off I’m busy’. I said um? Then she took my order and told me to pull up and she’d bring it out. But when I pulled up there was a pileup of other cars waiting like where am I supposed to go the parking lot is a joke and can fit one car. Then took another 15 minutes to get my order. I came back once a separate time to pick up a mobile order for someone. Same thing with the screen. Someone finally came to the window and told me to pull up and she’d bring it out. So I’m waiting like 15 minutes when the car behind me gets served first. She comes to the window and says are you pickup up a DoorDash? I said no an online order. She said ‘oh’ like she had no idea what I was talking ab. Then didn’t have potatoes (surprise surprise) and had to get something else. Took another 15 minutes. Thanks Wendy’s!

Ordered over priced Crabby Patty Meals…do not waste your pennies on this. Just ask for a pineapple frosty…the burger and fries are normal as ever. The guy that took my order was totally short in speaking and very rude. He had a bad attitude and did not even give me a total or receipt. It was a WOW experience this evening ?

Will ALWAYS give the wrong amount of food if you order delivery. I have ordered 30 nuggets 3 times and each time only received 6. If you call they’ll lie to you and say the dasher took them when the bags come sealed.
Easily the worst Wendy’s in Tampa, has to be a front or something because theres no way this place is still running

Everytime we order from this Wendy's, stuff is always missing from the order. Just ordered 36 nuggets from here on DoorDash and received 12 in a SEALED bag. When I called to ask, as this has not been the first instance of this occurring, I was told "I watched them place all of those nuggets in the bag." Again, a SEALED bag, so no they did not see them put all of the nuggets in the bag, they just chose to lie to me instead. Also, this Wendy's consistently has the worst fries of any Wendy's I've been to and the tea always tastes funky as if they never wash any of stuff they make it in. I should not have chanced ordering from here again.
I was going on here almost every morning for breakfast. They got into the habit of pulling me and making me wait causing me to be late for work. That’s ok then yesterday I ordered a sprite, the worker pulled me because she needed to change out the sprite. After waiting a moment I went inside to get my food and drink. The sprite was hot and flat (no bubbles) it also tasted like water. I’m sad that I changed my routine. I will be heading over to bk for from now on
