I wouldn’t even give a one star I was picking up my door dash order I go inside the dude moping tells me to go there drive thru so I did. I get it window and the “manger “ on the shift wants to give me attitude and be mad disrespectful because i passed the microphone. ? U know I was picking up an order I didn’t think it was nessecary to speak on the microphone . She locks the window in my face and tells her other employees to not give me no order . She closed the doors and kept running her mouth she wasted my time and my money . This happens today 4/9/24 @9:30 pm . She did the most. She must hate her job for real . Horrible customer service

After leaving Busch Gardens at 5:30pm we decide on fast food for dinner. Wendy’s has never let us down until today. First, my wife had to use the restroom so we parked and she ran inside. She was sad to find all the bathrooms had signs that said out of order. Then, we pull into the drive through and the young lady who was manager on staff took our order… we pulled around and waited at the window for about 10 minutes. When she handed us our food, she asked,”Is it all there?” I glanced inside the bags but did not get a great look, she seemed to be having a day so I nodded and pulled away. I then gave the bags a thorough inspection . I was missing a meal… I was not giving and restaurant 11$ for nothing so I parked and walked inside… two guys working the counter had full sets of headphones over their ears like they were listening to music , they looked confused and overwhelmed. There were three customers inside waiting for grubhub… one gentleman waited for almost 15 minutes. After about 4 minutes waiting at the counter, one of the cashiers asked me if I needed help and I explained the situation. At this point Grub hub guys asks for his orders, and this young lady starts cussing out the cashier for a frosty. All the sudden shenanigans breaks out and I thought the manager and the girl were going to fight over the frosty… the manager then notices me holding bags of food and asks me what I need. I hand her the bags of food and explain the situation, ten more minutes pass and she finally brings my meal. I left the restaurant in amazement. The food was bleh, the service was bleh, and almost an hour of shenanigans is not fast food.I then realized after the fact that even after everything was done, I never received a receipt.I have had my last Wendy’s meal. I would rather eat at the Race Trac across the street.

I ordered a Dave's single combo and the food didn't taste fresh. When i ask to speak to a manager I was told the manager was too busy to speak to me. Then I was charged $20 with the combo and extra sandwich which is based on wendys new policy "charge prices based on how busy they are. I know the founder Dave Thomas was still alive he wouldn't implement such policy based on time of day and or how busy they are. They lost a loyal customer. Plus they wonder why customers are going to fast food such as McDonald's. FLORIDA AVE AND WATERS LOCATION.Parking: No room to turn your vehicle around to exit

This Wendy's has been here for a while, just passing by and figured I'd stop by and grab a couple of their limited crispy fish sandwiches, which are delicious by the way. Anyhow, this location needs work. The outside definitely needs a new make over, heck, there isn't even a sign out front. It's just a rusted shell and the building is in sad shape. But you're not coming here for the looks. The service at the drive-thru was fine, she went over my order and was polite and thorough. When I pulled up to the window, the worker was friendly and told me it would take a few minutes for the fish, no problem. So, great service and the food was fresh and hot. Don't let the outside fool you, for a fast food chain, it's still good. So stop by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and give them your business. Don't forget to order a couple Frosty's to go, even for breakfast.

The staff was nice, but that was all that was good. The food was cold. Cold fries, cold nuggets, just cold. Tasted like it had been sitting out since the prior day, and we ordered within 15 minutes of them switching to the lunch menu.
