Screwed up my orders 3 times . I went in to talk to the shift manager. She was nasty with an attitude telling me off. Worst store I have ever been in. She refused to give me a nameShe said I was wrong and oh well.

At 308 W Brandon Blvd Brandon Florida. In the drive-through at 9:05 PM, I was told that it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait due to shift change and that I could come inside. Are you serious? What kind of management do you guys have there? No thank you.

I just kept the Wendy's on E Bloomingdale Ave in Valrico FL. The young man at the counter refused to take my order and told me to use the touchscreen. I explained I only wanted a plain cheeseburger. He argued with me that I could do it on the self promot I told him no I couldn't. I went ahead and got it with pickles and onion. I returned it stating there's no where to delete this items. No napkins and absolutely filthy inside. I won't be back. Perhaps someone needs to train people properly. 4 people and no one knows what to do. Ridiculous

Parking: Lots of parking because no one will help you. I saw another man walk out in disgust

When you call the franchise they pick up and hang right up so they don't have to deal with you. When you address multiple vehicles cutting through line and coming inches to hitting your vehicle they still do nothing . Mostly the Plant City, FL location.

Walked by on my lunch break and there was no Wendy's
