Pizza was good as always, however Fritzna was incredibly rude on the phone and in person she was no kinder. She didn't create an atmosphere of care. Fritzna seemed bothered by having to handle our order, as well as the order she interrupted our pickup with. She didn't seem to care about our experience. Fritzna gave the same level of care that I would expect at a rundown circle k.

Used to be really good pizza, not sure what's going on now, it's really just mid. The last two times are probably my *last* two times. Parking is ridiculous. I don't think they get the street traffic they need to up their game. Staff is nice and positive.

The guys working Thursday 7-10-25 were rude and inattentive to orders and were in the back upset over having to make customers orders .... apparently they are just there to stand and look clueless...asked for crispy wings and was told they were still somehow working on 6 wings for 15 minutes just to get them soggy and pizza partially warm and soggy ...no effort was put into making my order and will not be returning to this location ...the location in Tampa is by far where its at with service and satisfaction eats

I did not go into the restaurant, but I did place a delivery order and it was delivered within 30 minutes or less and the pizza was delicious! This was my first time ordering, and I really loved the pizza. I will be ordering again soon.

We have been going to this location since they opened, we ordered food on Tuesday the March 18 and that was the worst food we have ever had. We ordered a deluxe pizza and I have never seen where they put the toppings on after the pizza is cooked. Do not order the mushrooms cause we got seven marble size burnt mushrooms for $8.99 not even no ranch to dip it in Steak sandwich went right in the garbage too much salt Positive took over an hour to get our delivery

Taola was wonderful I called first to make sure there was pizza out that we liked for the lunch special because the last time we went there there was nothing that we wanted and they prior employees told us they were not going to make anymore so we just wanted to check first and she was very attentive and even asked if there was anything special that we wanted her to make. When I sent my coworker to pick up our lunch, he told me she even helped carry out the drinks, which I have been there many times in the past and I had had more than two drinks which he had and no one has ever offered to do this, I am very impressed With the customer service that we received from Taola today thank you very much for being so wonderful and it makes us wanna go back

I Requested one side container of blue cheese to come with my $70.00 Dollar order and explained to them, I had no power and would GREATLY appreciate a small blue cheese. Woman at WESTSHORE PIZZA insisted on contacting DoorDash for upcharge. Women was rude and impatient....No small blue cheese arrived with DOOR DASH delivery. So disappointing....
