Someone bought this place out recently and the prices have gone up and the service sucks and I went here at 5pm for dine in and they have 2 pies available out out the usual 8 this place is going under for. A good reason . Sucks to suck stop gentrification.

I have been coming to this Westshore Pizza location since 2018 however they have lost a customer. Recently, there was a substantial increase in the pricing while the quality has gone down. There is also now a charge for using a credit card which was not disclosed prior. It should not cost over $14 for a meatball parm sub.

I ordered delivery the meats pizza was amazing the wings however not so much it seemed to be swimming in pool of oil. We couldnt eat it.

Been coming here for more than 20 years.They must have new owners completely.Gone downhill, Skimpy on the toppings different flavor Not the same pizza it was 4 years ago. I always buy by buy the slicebecause it's usually exceptionally. Good, not so anymore. This is my second time noticing this ,one more shot.

I absolutely love eating here when I come to town to visit!! Born n raised in TC this has been a place for my family for over 30 years!! The Philly chicken and cheese is amazing!!!!
If I could give a zero star rating all the way across the board. That's exactly what this place would have received. We ordered from here we tracked our pizza and wings hadn't said that it had been delivered yet and when we go to our front door it's sitting on our porch. No one ever knocked on the door just left it outside as if we ordered through Uber and we did not we ordered directly from the store. Pizza and wings both were ice cold and we only live less than a mile from this specific westshore on Hanley road. We called to get clarification on why there was no one knocking on our door and why it was just left on our porch and why it was ice cold from such a short distance away we spoke with the owner who had the worst attitude and the worst excuses about how they had a third party delivery service. Their third party service should still be knocking on people's doors and not just dropping things off on people's porches. She was very rude, she didn't even try to accommodate the situation in any way horrible excuse for an owner if you ask me, and this place will never get business from us again. I will also be sure to let friends know when they ask if I recommend this place. I suggest you call Marcos down the street, it's always hot, And it's always on time also they'll deliver it straight to your hands. Rather then to the community of ants and bugs outdoors.
