Sadly, I used to really enjoy this pizza spot. And honestly their pizza has never disappointed me. However, for a place that is known for Philly’s, just take the ham & cheese off the menu. When this was delivered, I thought I was being pranked but unfortunately it was real. Then when I asked the staff (that completely didn’t want to be there) if I could get a piece of lettuce and/or tomato, I was told I could order a side salad. No big deal, but this isn’t a ham & cheese grinder or hoagie.

Been going to Westshore Pizza for many years. Love their pizza and cheesesteaks. Fries and mozzarella sticks are decent. I would guess they treat their people well because workers tend to stick around a while. Great beer and pizza place. Lots of sports on TV, desserts available.

Incredible experience today! Our pizza and wings were delicious! I was having an issue with online ordering and a complimentary birthday pizza. I called to place the order and the woman that helped me was friendly and went above and beyond to help me. Very happy! Thank you!

Every time I'm in Tampa or maybe going through the area I would stop in for my favorite burger(the West Shore Burger). I always ask for it the same way which is for this melted white cheese. I just went in there a few days ago and Travis acted like I was stupid and said they don't serve the burger that way. I explained that everytime I go there I get the same burger and he said he has been there for 14 years and never heard of it. The only way he would give me the burger is with the yellow American cheese. I asked one of the cooks and he said that maybe I used to get it with the cheese that they put on the Philly cheese steaks and Travis said even if I asked for it that way he wouldn't do it. I won't be making any special trips there again and might not ever go back. They need to treat customers better
