Not sure what has happened here, but the last 4 orders have been short when they showed up. Be it missing dips, missing knots, missing whole meals, or missing special ordered modifications. The food is still good, but the attention to details has been a real issue for the last year. As a life long WSP customer I expect more. I do appreciate that they try and fix things, but I shouldn't have to correct every order.

They added modifications on the wrong pizza. (A pizza that had no modifications) When we called to ask for a refund, they insisted they could only A) remake the pizza or B) give a credit for the pizza for next time. With it being 8 pm, we didn’t pick option A. We’ve come to this establishment before, initially selecting delivery but changed it to pickup, so they refunded the delivery fee. If they could refund a delivery fee, then they can refund a pizza order. Very disappointing, would not recommend getting pizza here since they incorrectly prepare your order & don’t offer appropriate solutions. (We also had tipped $10) After reading other reviews, it appears they don’t offer order refunds due to the inconsistency of correct orders & they’d definitely lose a lot of money. It’s a shame because the pizza is tasty when they get your order right.

Westshore pizza is the best pizza in the world especially when it is fresh out the oven and one of the owners makes the dough. I have eaten at many pizzerias up and down the east coast of the united states and some come close but still far off from westshore pizza. The pinapple ham calzone is my favorite and the dont skimp on size like everyone else does. The phillies are banging . I talked to the orginal maker of the recipe for the dough and ate 2 slices he just made fresh out of the oven from the location in lithia and they were the best slices i ever ate in my life. But, i grew up next to the location that was in apollo beach and the one on westshore blvd . My late little brother used to work at the one in apollo and thats how i was introduced to westhore . I still dont know the recipe to the dough but its worth not knowing so i can go make a trip to get some.

Favorite local pizza chain in Tampa. This location is the best and my go-to pizza spot. Great cheesesteaks, subs and wings, as well. Lots of weekly deals and coupons. Everyone there is super nice and my order is always ready right on-time for pickup. Thanks team, keep up the great work!!

This establishment was once my preferred choice for pizza. Unfortunately, it no longer meets the same standards. While the appearance of the pizza remains appealing, the taste has significantly declined. It’s perplexing how such a fundamental aspect could be compromised. Therefore, I would not recommend spending your money on their pizza. On a positive note, the Greek salad is excellent and worth trying.
Have been eating at this Westshore for more than 15 years, and this location never disappoints. From the sandwiches to the pizza & wings, the food here hits the belly right??
