I've ordered here twice (four total attempts). First time - overall food was good. The only downfall was the additional toppings were very light, for the cost there should've been more than a couple pieces on some slices.The second time (which took three attempts, since "they didn't/wouldn't/couldn't accept" (different answer/response everytime we called) the free coupon for my pizza. Finally, when they accept it, the coupon cost didn't cover the increased price in pizza. Highly doubt I'll return.
It's super average. The knots were small and dry which was disappointing because their other location had some of the best knots I've ever had in my life. A bit overpriced when they're not running specials.

This place has amazing service! 10/10 workers and food, perfect place for the entire family.
Best meatball sandwich in a long time. The manager came over to discuss the sandwich and seemed to genuinely care about whether or not it was appreciated. I noticed fresh or at least whole tomatoes in the sauce and mentioned that to him, he said that they make all their sauces fresh everyday. I'll be back to see if they can keep up that level of quality.

Not only is the pizza awesome. I’ve never found a more welcoming and committed staff. They remember you ask you how you’re doing actually truly care not just for the customer service. It’s the only place I get my pizza!
Very picky New Yorker here to say this pizza is legit! Real deal. Thin crust that’s not too gooey but also not too crispy that it cuts your lips. Crust is so good I think it was my favorite part. Plenty of cheese and you can taste the sauce is homemade and not from a jar. Excellent pizza and Shy is extremely welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend.
