The bags the chicken came in had holes in them so they leaked all over the refrigerator and on my neighbors carpet and front porch as I went to give them some. the chicken itself was the same as you would buy at Publix or Winn Dixie. Some was average and some was uneatable and so tough I couldn't even gut it with kitchen shears. I ordered food online for at home delivery. Ordered on Friday for Monday morning delivery for my weekly meal plan. Monday came and I received a notification that it was on the way. A few moments later I received a notice that it was undeliverable. Not sure how that was even possible unless they did not even attempt to deliver. I left explicit instruction on my address and how to get into my community. I did not receive a refund or a call from the delivery driver or the store. I called the store repeatedly. One of the stores said I needed to call a different store and gave me the number. I called that store and they said it was a different store. I called the other store they gave me the number to and no answer. I called every number I could find and it was either no answer or the wrong store. I finally called corporate, and they said they will try to find out what's going on and call me back, but I have yet to receive a call back! I'm extremely disappointed in this place and their competence.

Don’t waste your time and money!!!Order never showed up. Said Delivery was canceled by the driver. Then say they will resend it but now they don’t have what I ordered in stock so they wanted to send sirloin instead of tenderloin.Then the customer service agent just hung up on me when I asked for a refund.

What is wrong with this company?????!!! Yesterday I bought an item, brought it home and started the thawing process. When I checked on it today I saw that it has been out of date since February, 2023. Of course when I called their recording says they are too busy to answer the phone, (OBVIOUSLY NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE CHECKING DATES), but they will call back. No dice!!! No call. The toll free folks tell you to call the store. The store doesn't answer. Can anyone say CUSTOMER SERVICE?I pulled the item from my fridge and drove it back to Tampa, which is a considerable drive. The guy behind the counter had an "aw shucks" attitude, as did his co-worker. When I asked for the manager, she explained not returning the call away as she'd been in meetings all day....I guess she doesn't train her people to answer the phone which is like, the first thing most retailers do.She proceeded to give me a coupon for $10 or $20 off my next purchase. As if that will ever happen! I'm in the grocery business, but you don't have to be to see that there is plenty of competition. For all I care, Wild Fork can stick a fork in me 'cuz I am DONE!!!

Used to love shopping online. Ordered products and half the items were delivered. Now I'm getting the run around on what happened. I've had to reach out several times for updates and still nothing. Completely unacceptable!
