Against my better judgment I ordered delivery from this location and too no surprise my food took forever. I received a message at 7:23 saying my order is out for delivery and on it way. By 8:20 still no food, so I call and the kid that answered was just flat out rude! (Pretty sure his name is mark) Asked about the status of my order and you would have thought I coughed on him! He didn’t want to give me any info other than it should be there at 8:20(umm ok it is 820??) took another 20 min after mark hung up on me for my food to show as I was calling a second time to check the status of my order. The poor kid delivering the food had this don’t yell at me look on his face. Apparently he gets yelled at a lot for people being rude when people call. I’m a former employee of Pizza Hut and I’m just shocked at how low the standards have sunk with this company with their customer service. Last time I ordered from them back I. March my food was cold and only half my order was delivered, when they sent the other half they were supposed to remake they sent it through the oven a second time just burning the crap out my food and refused to let me speak to a manager. Order from the fletcher location and just go pick it up.. they may not be the most cheery store but they aren’t rude and your food is always correct and relatively hot.
