First of all I ordered my food over the phone 15-20min before arriving to this location food was not ready! That’s understandable but for me to sit there for a EXTRA 25-30min AND TO GET HOME TO MY WHOLE ORDER WRONG IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! I asked for 10 piece boneless wings for my kid and got bone in I stay wayyyy out the way to go back!! They all look like they were high! If you’re going to smoke before or during work at least MAKE SURE CUSTOMERS FOOD IS RIGHT AFTER WAITING FOR SO LONG!!!! NEVER WILL I COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

The timing of the food preparation was great. No longer than a 10 minute wait. However ;The only downside is that the Louisiana rub and the fries were a bit too salty for my taste. Now the Hawaiian Barbecue flavor was on point.

I had a Uber eats order and I literally came 12:01, I was able to see the order on the shelf. The staff saw me and just laughed. I called and said hey, the order is ready, Can you just hand it to me he said. “WE ARE CLOSED” And hung up. So the customer will not get her food, and I as a driver couldn’t finish my order. All because a lazy employee.
