Got my order wrong and the manager on shift wasn't helpful at all

I have to assume wingstop just lies when they claim the food is almost ready. Long hair's and being told it coming right up over and over for over 20 minutes after you and already waited a long while just shouldn't happen like this.

Got there before 30 minutes before closing time and they didn't want to take my order. Every there were just standing around talking. Also the place there was a mess everything was dirty. Don't recommend. Don't go there at all.

I went last night, the guy at the front desk, told me they are out of fries and they only have corn. I asked him am I going to be charged an up charge, he said yes. Didn’t make sense that he was charging an up charge and a restaurant known for wings and fries are out of fries. I canceled my order. All the men in the kitchen were playing, looking at there phones and sagging there pants. I will continue to go on Bearss and Florida, Atleast they have French fried and they are professional.

Every single time that I come here I have to wait 10 mins plus for freakin fries 🤦🏾‍♀️ Per the cashiers or manager they cook to order a fry however they dropping fries literally every few minutes. The craziest part about it all is how does this look on there prouction. Why does it take so long for something so simple. Im posting this 10 minutes later

I ordered a meal . I waited 25 minutes which is fine at 11pm to show up at 11:30 to them saying did you get the call? I said what call? they said oh we have no sides (which was 95%) of my order and no ice (so my drink isn’t cold) I’m honestly livid. I’m so hungry and no one is open at 11:40 at night. Why would you allow me to spend my money on something you don’t have . Then they said write down what you didn’t get and we will try to refund you. I want a refund on everything a meal is a full meal i only have 6 wings ? For two people… I want a call from the manager and my whole meal refunded this is not right.

The place was trashed, the service was slow and they messed up my order twice, they forgot multiple things from my order and then the wing sause leaked from the box and split all over my clothes.

I placed an online pick up order and was so frustrated. The whole point of ordering online is to receive it in a timely matter I was there for almost an hour waiting on my food. The staff was walking around giggling. The whole place was full of sloppy body big hoes! And those were the ones not doing anything. The cashiers were the only good part about this place being that they were trying to reassure everyone that they food would be coming shortly. Despite that being a lie it was better than not being told nothing. Food was bare minimum tasted like old grease. I’m not sure If the GM is the wide short lady the one with two scoops of hair but if so they are in need of new management immediately. Order was placed yeserday at 5:11 the name was Kierria. Didn’t leave until 6.

Not only did they not give us 3/4ths of our order but when we went back in to complain and get the rest, we were left waiting 30 minutes until we finally said something… which we were left with the statement “oh I forgot” by the lady at the register! Not only that but multiple people seemed to be magically missing items as well!

This location is bad. Food took 45 minutes (was supposed to be ready in 13-18). Multiple employees talking on their phones with one hand and working with the other. Paid for 2 blue cheeses, didn't get one. Wings and fries were not good. Total let down coming here, probably the last time I come to this one. Not the first time that this place underperformed
