Nah, this place needs to shut down. Roaches, and crappy service. Go to Citrus Park
or South Tampa for a better Wingstop.

I ordered Louisiana rub for delivery. Wings tasted spoiled, and I reported it. I never was issued a refund idk why on their APP it only says call store , and when I spoke with management to return a vm he left, he said he would figure out the issue from the previous shift manager and call me back. It’s been months, and for the 3rd time, this has happened to my food with no resolution, especially if you order through the APP or website…

The Delicate Turd

I eat here every Sunday lol but I don’t know why the past couple months been rough as possible here. Just to start I mean they even ask you to check the bag because they’ve made so many mistake before but even then I had the wrong flavor wing and checked it in front of them and they insisted it was correct. Ok that’s fine I left cause I mean they know their own flavors but then I see my celery missing aswell, just over having to keep coming back and waiting at this place. To conclude the food is great but another location would be your best bet!

I placed an online order on a Saturday night and it was packed in the store. Not only were we greeting but also the workers were attentive and made sure to keep up with everyone’s orders. The sweet lady with the pretty blue hair and tattoos was so kind! She made sure our order was 100% correct before leaving the store and made sure to greet every customer walking in and out. Give my girl a raise!

I placed an online order at 10:30ish AM for pick up at 12:00PM. They don't open until 11:00AM. When I arrived to pick up my food, it was not ready, what I did noticed was the rack for pick up for customers and door dash had 4 or 5 orders on it with more being added. There were also people eating in the store. I was not given my order until 12:20PM. My order should have been number 1 out the gate when they opened to prep. What's the point of place an ahead order if I still have to wait to get my food? Why were other others and people given priority over mine??? There's no excuse, it was a big order and the lazy back crew didn't want to do it. Then they expect big tips??? Lol. The food is great, but yall need a better more responsible crew who can read a clock and follow directions.

Wingstop is trying to hide the truth from the great people of Carrollwood. They took down my last review so I am now making this on a new account because this issue is so near and dear to my heart. Something must of been in that chicken because I have never felt like this before. At this rate I’m going to be up until 3 am in the restroom. I am considering a lawsuit.

I just want to take the time to state my previews experience with this place customer service was not the best . But this time I decide to give it another try and let me tell you Mrs K evening manager did a wonder-full job assisting me . I had originally order my food but for some reason it didn’t go through.however she was very thoughtful for taking my order near closing time . She is very polite very patient with handling impatient people .she sure need a raised because handling a team ,times customer services this late night take courage and effort . Very well done Mrs K .

First time customer. Don't know if is nor. Al but waited 35 minutes for 2 diferente 10 Wing combo orders for dine in. The wings were great however the fries were super super super salty. Way too much salt. We could not eat them. Sadly the 2 combos we're putt in the box. I didn't like that we had to pick from the same box from both of our wings and it should have been separated because we ordered two separate flavors in the flavors kind a mixed.
I guess next time we'll make sure to specify separate box. Maria who took our order was great.. will definitely try them again maybe the hick ups was because they where a little busy.. ?

I ordered 30 wings combo for delivery and I was really disappointed with the size of the wings they were super small, And the frieds were cold and burnt. Would not recommend this wingstop location.
