Just dropped in to pick up my order on my way home from work. My wings were not cooked to order. I wanted them well done- they appeared undercooked and they were soggy. This was my second time giving this location a chance, both times my wings were undercooked. I am convinced they don't pay attention to the orders to make sure they are accurate.

Disappointed customer I will not return back to this location. I placed an order of 10 drummets to receive 9 drums and 1 wing . I requested my wings to be cooked well done . They were soggy . The taste was off ! I ordered Hawaiian BBQ . They were disgusting, I threw away half of them . What a waste of $20! Horrible location!

DARK FUNNY

**Concerning Update: Afrer leaving this review, the store harassingly called THREE times starting at 11:47pm AT NIGHT. I will be filing a complaint through Florida Department of Agriculture for this.

1st visit. Great food but I won’t be back.
Was greeted saying the orders not ready yet with a quick cold shoulder while on the phone The girl on the phone was either rude or just doesn’t care about her job bc she was quickly dismissive that my order wasn’t ready. When I almost went back to my car to wait I stopped and asked how much longer, then- and only then, the girl looked in a bag, grabbed it and put it on the counter and said ‘check it’ as she quickly turned around on continued her very low conversation on the phone.

I know we live in a new world here however I eat from restaurants all along Dale Mabry and for the most part about 95% the customer service of the associates is always at least a smile and attentiveness, and not just ignoring me or acting like I am not worth their attention as a customer

That was the first and last impression bc I won’t stop in the location again.

But, I gotta say, the wings were great, but it’ll be worth it to just uber it instead .

You can have the best food, but rude inattentive associates can ruin everything.

Our always is always correct & the good is ready in a decent amount of time, always fresh. Staff is welcoming when you walk in the store too & they have you open your bag to make sure your food is correct before leaving. I am giving 5 stars because we don’t ever have any major issues & reasons above but sometimes whoever is doing the fries forgets fry seasoning at all or doesn’t put extra like requested.

The food is really good but the waiting time is insane. Sometimes, though, the food will be burnt, and I would always not get some of my food, which gets me pissed off. When it's only us at the restaurant, it would take a long time, probably about 1 hour. Sometimes, when there are a few people in there, it would take about 2 hours or longer. I get that it would take a little longer because there are more people, but when it's only us, it should not take that long, and there shouldn't be food missing and burnt.

Tonight’s experience was upsetting on multiple levels. I came in to pick up three orders — clearly supporting this business — and was told the bathroom was closed for the night. That would’ve been frustrating enough, but I had to disclose that I was experiencing a feminine emergency just to be reconsidered. Only then did the employee pause and ask someone else if I could use the restroom.

Having to plead for basic human decency in a moment of urgency was humiliating. It took everything in me not to walk out or say something worse. I expect better — especially when I’m a loyal customer spending good money here.

Waited over 20 minutes after ordering 10 minutes ahead by phone, no communication on delay, and no connection with the customer. The food was soo good, tho! This is why the stars but service can do better.
