Only for us to arrive to the restaurant, with every worker standing around talking & I food was not ready… they hadn’t even started preparing it. While a crowd piled up behind me of other mobile orders (2) that hadn’t been started yet either…. THUMBS DOWN AND WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!

The employees always make the wings so saucy and give big portions every-time i order togo for me and my bf!! They have made one mistake with miscounting wings before but they were quick to fix it with no problem💙

The guys who worked on 12/10 around 5:30 DID THERE BIGGG ONE. the food was made with so much love. Every wing was covered in sauce, the food was HOT, the fries were COVERED and SEASONED TO PERFECTION, the veggies were fresh and the music was setting the vibe. I’ve never had such a good wingstop experience. Also the store was very cleannn. We literally spoke about how good everything was the whole 30 min back home.
(I know this sounds like a fake review but I’m being so serious about this)
ORDERED HERE TO GO. PAID SOME $11 FOR BONELESS WINGS AND THESE SOBRs GAVE ME CRUMS. NEVER AGAIN!!

I ordered my food but it came out around 30 minutes after. I had good service from the guy taking my order. The other issue is that I asked for an extra ranch and they did charge me for it but it was not in the bag. The flavoring of the wings was off as well. Honestly so sad .

They are hiring and short staff so I get it. But I’m just here to say the store needs a good cleaning. The soda machine looks rough!!! The staff was good and the food was definitely good.
I was looking forward to finishing the burger, but when I opened the package, the burger was missing the bun that should have been on it. The products are also slow to come out. Buyers should check the contents

I have been ordering from this location for years. For the past 6 months all the food is disgusting. The wings are burnt dry and over seasoned. Inedible. The free chicken sandwiches you get through uber eats the bread is very hard for some reason and the chicken extremely dry and hard to eat.
Ordered from this location and immediately got food poisoning on Monday night 10/7/24. It is Wednesday and I am still not feeling too great.
