Worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to, foods never on time even after given a time. And the customer service sucks. This is a very popular area and should not be ran by children. This place give wingstop a bad name. Needs new staff.

I’m honestly torn writing this because I usually love this location, but tonight was… something else. There were about 15 people coming in and out while I was waiting, and three specific customers who were there before me actually ended up getting their food after I did — and that’s only because I finally left.
When we pulled out of the parking lot and checked our food, the fries were ice cold, since they had been sitting on the counter forever. (just hoping that they were not going to go into our bag, but we felt a jolt when they called our name for pick up Also, because it had took 29 minutes from the time we placed our order to the time that they called our name we were not gonna tell them about the cold fries And then wait another 15 minutes just for one order of fries ) Super disappointing tonight. The whole situation in the back looked like a complete circus tonight and nobody seemed to know who was doing what( Except for two Of them The young black guy that took our order in the thick spanish dude) and orders were just stacking up and we were all noticing.
I get that places get busy and I’m patient(not so much my husband Dwayne though), but this was just not it. Hoping next time is better because tonight’s experience was rough.

The food was good, I can't complain. The problem was my husband ordered wings & received only drumettes. What a letdown. Check your food before you leave.

We had to wait 25 minutes for our in store order while 5 different deliveries were made and picked up before us even though we were dining in. It felt kind of rude. The board even showed our order was ready, but when we asked, it wasn’t. The food was standard. Think it makes more sense to order to go from this place.
10/10 food only issue was that the wings were supposed to be done at 11 am and I didn’t walk out the store till like 11:24

My family & I had an online order, which was reported to be completed. Only for us to arrive to the restaurant, with every worker standing around talking & I food was not ready… they hadn’t even started preparing it. While a crowd piled up behind me of other mobile orders (2) that hadn’t been started yet either…. THUMBS DOWN AND WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!

The employees always make the wings so saucy and give big portions every-time i order togo for me and my bf!! They have made one mistake with miscounting wings before but they were quick to fix it with no problem💙
