I ordered 3 chicken combos and they only gave me 2 and still incomplete the truth is it's a shame two times that has happened to me.

They always say 25-30 mins wait, always! This is never the case, they will keep pushing your wait time for almost an hour. Their inline wait time and in person wait time is the worst. Never trust their wait time, plan on waiting waaaay more then they tell you to. I have been here so many times and it’s always the same.

Ordered food over the phone and they gave me the wrong wings. Went back to the store with full meal that was givin and they refused to fix order and told me they can refuse service to leave there store. I have been ordering from wingstop for the longest and never had an issue EXCEPT the one time I ordered from this store! Customer service is horrible and very rude.

Probably the most disappointing wings I’ve had in years. Totally flavorless - not even the sauce helped it out. Even the bleu cheese dip seemed watered down. Tried my luck with wingstop since I recently moved and am now too far from BWW to order delivery and get it under an hour, but wow. Never ordering from here again.

I'm gonna be real honest, I forgot the managers name! ? lol but he was outstanding. He catered to what I needed and even offered different options. The guys in the back were very friendly and made the food fresh. My experience was a good one at this wingstop, and I will definitely be coming back!
The boneless wings are way too small. Some "wings" had more breading than there was chicken. Food aside, the staff are all very kind and helpful.
