Wingstop Streetsboro served me hands down the worst wings I've ever eaten (ate 1 of 8 and threw the rest where they belonged...in the trash). The quality of wings was laughable. The sauce almost nonexistent. That will be a one and done for Wingstop! I feel like I just bought a car warranty from Hindi Jake from State Farm. Seriously, was this a prank, or are yall serious?

I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

placed an app order at 545 for a 745 pickup, got there no order and asked them to refund my money, they refused, kept putting me on hold and hanging up the phone. The Westnedge wingstop is trash and the worst customer service. foreigners that barely speak English and had no idea of conflict resolution! they will not get my money ever again!

Went to Wingstop for the first time yesterday, excited to try somewhere new that we had heard good things about. When our order came our, both me and my daughter noticed a weird smell. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or something in the sauce, but I could only eat a few bites, as the smell was very off-putting.
Pricing is ridiculous it costs more to buy 8 wings per piece than 5. Each wing was almost 20 cents more to buy more wings that makes no sense. And the workers were clueless
Update: I’m not blaming the employees I just said they were clueless why I didn’t say anything about them. I can’t believe I point out a discrepancy in pricing but I get snarky comments. I hope these commenters never get financially ripped off and no one listens.

Wingstop Happy Valley rd in Phx Arizona is THE WORST. I was so excited to try them for the first time ever. Ordered online, drove up there and arrived at 48 mins after I placed my order as the email said the wings should be done by then. A clueless worker said it could be another 20 mins or 40 mins. I’m not really sure. Asked to get a refund, the manager was too incompetent to complete a refund. Will have to dispute this charge on my credit card. my first time trying Wingstop and I didn’t even get to try it, but I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Do better

Multiple times of doing the delivery for Wednesday and guess what they get our order wrong every time. Either something missing or wrong item. Cant even submit a review ticket through there website and wouldn’t submit.

Very POOR service and food. This night shift seems to not care about how they serve the food. This is my second time coming here the first time because it was game day I figured it was just a bad day and night for some people and that's understanding. BUT this time my wings are NOT even hot. I know we are all human but if you wouldn't eat it what makes you think someone else will. I was even nice about the situation but I guess some people just don't care. Yes we go to work for a pay check but damn if you don't like your job just quit. I go to wing stop in seffner and it's Always and I mean ALWAYS on point, hot wings, fresh wings and fries (the fries wasnt even what i paid for) never a issue.
