Absolutely horrendous experience Food that was to be ready on 30 min - was not ready even after 3 hours- so misleading information while ordering food And than the staff was rude and disrespectful No one cares Don’t care about customer service
Y’all know today would be crazy!! Order yesterday for pickup. Get there at 7pm still not ready!! Then your workers have the nerve to have attitudes

Absolutely disgusting. The hickory BBQ wings and hot wings were incredibly salty. The fried cajun corn and fries were covered in salt and Tony's. you couldn't tell you were eating anything other than a saltlick. the corn in the picture showed full nibblers, but we got one nibbler cut into 5 pieces. $45 for my family to eat leftover pizza and tater tots.
Probably the worst food/takeaway I had in my life. We ordered and collected £50.25 order. Food was cold, fries were cold. Items not labelled. We also had a allegen requests but nothing was labelled. Worse of all they did it include my desert! So out of pocket for £6.75. Won’t be returning and want my money back! Message to all! Go and support an independent, they will take care of your food and ensure you get everything you paid for!
Every time I go here, I get charged for sauce on the side. The biggest rip off. No other wing place charges for sauce on the side. Need to fix that at the location I go to.

Ordered on uber and they sent me someone else’s entire order. I called the store to ask if I could bring the wrong order in and pick up the correct one but was told to reach out to uber. Uber didn’t mess up my order… you did. Pay better attention to how you’re packing the orders. When I called and asked to talk to a manager, I was told they’re all extremely busy. Yea I can tell because you can’t even pay attention enough to pack the order correctly or provide customer service.
Edit to add: I feel as though advising a customer to reach out to a third party delivery service for assistance is the easy way out. I didn’t even get an apology for the wrong order lol. Take responsibility instead of passing the burden. I normally order from this store via uber 2-3 times a WEEK and the store can review history to see that is a fact. I’m never ordering from here again.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

Since I moved from Miami, I stopped eating wing stop. Ive tried a few other locations even in GA but, they never stood up to what I remembered it tasting like back when....Anyways, my chicken tenders and fries was FIRE, all I could do if laugh and Thank GOD. I had the taste in my mouth and I was ready to be not all that impressed. I WAS WRONG! Now, I'll have to drive 40 minutes to this location. Im okay with that!!

I come here all the time. Elizabeth does not having any customer service skills. She huffs and puffs, smacks her teeth and clearly agitated. Someone called she put the person on hold and forgot about them. The phone rang again and she’s tells the person she’s in the middle of taking an order and to call back in 20 minutes.
Daniel and the cooks on the other hand are amazing as always. This was my first encounter with her and I’m shocked. This location typically has great service, she can be the one to give it a bad rep.
I went to wingstop on south dale mabry to try the lemon pepper hot wings (my favorite flavor). 10/10 highly recommend! Everything was so GOOD! First time trying the Cajun corn omg with the ranch 😍 ranch on everything ! I’m not a big ranch lover but after seeing the TikTok reviews about the ranch I almost ate the dipping sauce itself i definitely see that the rave is about with the ranch lol. Employees were so nice and patient I don’t go to wing stop regularly but I will definitely be returning.
