Worst experience ever !!!!! I ordered a Pizza here and the driver couldn't find my address. I proceeded to text only as I'm at work and driver had the nerve to tell me to bring her tip down when I get the pizza , I responded you won't be getting a tip (because really how dare you) so she then told me I could pick up the pizza in the store. I was so angered by this driver we had a heated exchange and the end result was that after the incident I received 5 harassment calls from this driver on the night of and 2 the following morning where she's threatening to hang around my home. Do not order from here.

It's 2021 and they still suck. Horrible customer service. Like Jesus. You can tell they hate their job. Was waiting for my pizza for 2 plus hours. When I asked about it they snapped like damn tell me it's still cooking or something.

2cd time I ordered from this establishment, ordered same thing and same scenario. The chicken was overcooked, not burnt but very tough. Sweet and Sour Chicken shouldn't be chewy texture plus I definitely should not need to soak in sweet and sour dipping sauce to soften up. Friendly staff but overcooked food. Hate wasting hard earned money!

I ordered around 6 PM asking for delivery of about $50, the order went through online and everywhere else then I get a call from one of the employees saying that they don’t deliver to my address so I brushed it off and called other places to ask them if they deliver to us they gave me those peoples number the same place that told me that they don’t deliver. Then I called back and someone named Nick answered and was completely honest and said “ I don’t know why they told you that because we do deliver here.“ Then she snatches the phone from him and tells me that we don’t deliver in your neighborhood at night.” I said first of all I ordered it at 6 o’clock 630 . You guys are six minutes away why wouldn’t you deliver to a place that is six minutes away at 6:30 at night. I believe she was being prejudice due to the area and extremely rude.

I think I'm giving up on Pizza Hut the stuffed crust can only make you amazing for so long I guess before the rest of the quality goes bad. Little to no marinara sauce. How cheap could you get Pizza Hut. Dominos needs to start making stuffed crust to just finish off the rest of the pizza chains

We ordered one pizza and fries and the delivery guy took it back to store because apparently "there was no one to receive it" but we were sitting by the door waiting the whole time. The MANAGER told us they had the wrong number but we got a order conformation text message sent to our phone.
Terrible service. 45 minutes late. Rude on the phone when we called to inquire about our pizza. Order was messed up. Never calling this location again.

This is the second worse delivery experience I've had with a Pizza Hut in my whole life. The food was ordered online & took an incredibly long time to arrive. It was not hot when it was delivered and the taste was not super, either. I asked for Parmesan & red pepper packets & those were not brought, which really bummed me out. I called the store twice & the manager was short with me and very unapologetic- she was actually pretty haughty. I got half bacon & pineapple, half mushroom & onion- neither side was up to the standard. My boyfriend got sausage & pepperoni, & is already feeling sick. I feel like the ingredients weren't up to par, the crust had a strangely sweet taste, & whenever possible I will have to avoid this location from now on (which is a shame when I'm just going for a "cheap pizza fast" kind of night). Pretty disappointed in the experience all together. As far as this chain goes, this particular location doesn't seem to care much about what goes out for delivery. I will say the first time we ordered from this location, the experience was not as bad. Maybe it was an off night? I'm not sure.

Worst Pizza Hut in the area. Delivery times are 1 to 2 hours minimum. You will get your food cold, that is a guarantee.

Wow. Ordered online, called to make sure they had the order, no one answered the phone while I let it rang for 15 minutes... drove 20 minutes, when I got here they had no order.... and phone was ringing off the hook and no one seemed to care, employees walking around chewing their gum like they have nothing to do. Makes me want to jump the counter and answer the phone for them.... honestly wondering how this establishment is running??? Already has 1 star... don't understand, this place is a dump.
