This liquor store is ALWAYS out of ad items. Common management sense would be to order extra ESPECIALLY if you consistently run out. This tells me this store has NO interest in taking care of their customers. Poor management. I have managed lots of stores and have always made my customers happy even if I to substitute something and lose a couple of bucks. This falls under the category of false advertising. Customers are wasting their time and gas going to this place. And don’t waste your time going to customer service or calling their corporate office they don’t care either. This place doesn’t have ANY kind of customer care or customer resolution. And honestly the store itself isn’t much better they are often out of ad items as well. I would recommend going to the store on Fowler Ave. MUCH better staff and stock. They actually seem like they care about their customers.

As the cashier was nearly done ringing up our order, she looked at me and said, “I ring em, you pack em”. I said, “really” and she replied, “Yep, cashier’s choice.” No greeting, no smile and no thank you. If I wanted to bag my groceries I would go to Aldi’s where I always get a smile and thanks. I don’t plan on visiting this W-D again. I tried to use customer service function on website, but it doesn’t work either!
