Totally unimpressed, food was so - so at best. Waitress forgot tomato I ordered for my hamburger..wings were burnt and had hair/feathers still on them and fries were way to salty which made them hard to eat..

Me and a coworker arrived at 10:30pm straight off off our flight into TPA. We were seated. Our server was great. The only issue was when in was time to be billed. The bill should’ve been split as I said in the beginning “this is a separate tab”. He fixed it.. only problem- I tipped and my co worker didn’t. He went to tell his other co worker “they only tipped $6” and she replied “wowwwwww” and gave us strange looks. At that point he didn’t want to come back to the table. My intention was to leave cash, but I changed my mind. Train your employees too treat everyone the same whether they tip or not! I didn’t appreciate this.

this last experience was my best one yet, before my service was pretty slow but Taylor was supper fast and attentive and completely changed my opinion of the restaurant. Definitely a great example of how to serve well!

Had the BEST time at World of Beer! Taylor was our server and absolutely crushed it—super friendly, on point with recommendations, and made the whole night a blast.
