I have been ordering XJ since 2015 and have been a loyal customer all these years— always loved it! However, my most recent visit was super disappointing. The floors and rugs and windows were dirty, not a single worker was cleaning or addressing these issues. The workers were not wearing gloves and had loose long hair not covered. There is grime and dust all over the place. If you’re going to charge $9-13 per smoothie, I expect the experience to be different and enjoyable. It used to be so clean and a positive experience. Please take the time to overhaul reno the place and teach your employees to be kind to the space! Sincerely, one longtime concerned consumer. :(

They provide good offering. I enjoy their orange ecstasy as I find it pretty healthy with general diverse fruit and a good flavor. I order a large to have plenty. I wish to look into more of their offerings. I find enjoying this smoothie especially refreshing for central Florida. I wish they had more locations in Florida.

Do not come here and waste your time, I called before I came to make sure they were open they tell me yes I drive 25 minutes here from the base and the guy at the counter tells me they aren’t doing orders only mobile app so I go download the app then he tells me well we stop accepting orders on the app in 1 minute..? then why did you tell me to download an app? why was this not said when I called? why didn’t I get a hey I’m sorry here’s a free smoothie on us card or something. Lazy teenagers who want to leave right at 9 when they “ close “ were middle of mopping and all the items to make smoothies were cleaned. Dont waste your time here. Go somewhere else where there is adults working and not a bunch of lazy teenagers.

Pre-covid, the BOGO Smoothie Sundays were a good deal and real BOGO (buy one, get one free same day). Since 2020, they issue cards that expire two weeks later and as I just learned, aren’t valid on any Sunday at all. Very disappointing to come in to redeem a free smoothie and be told that due to the fine print, I can’t. Another greedy business owner making their business worse for customers.

This place is amazing, I called them out of the blue to place a large smoothie order for our office to help with the heat. They were so nice and accommodating and didn’t hesitate at all, the manager helped me as well and was great. We got 40 smoothies broken up between four of their favorite flavors. It was a huge hit and very affordable because of the Friday deal! The smoothies were ready in an hour and they helped load them in my car, no issues from start to finish. Can’t wait to go back, I tried the Mango Madness today and it was delicious!!!

The Cinnamon smoothie was delicious! I love the add-on options - especially for someone who tries to hit a certain protein goal per day. A little confusing on how to pick-up your order and the employees don't seem too enthusiastic but overall they blend some great smoothies.

So far, I have only been here twice, & I have gotten juice only. I have gotten the redhead juice which includes beat and a lot of ginger! There is only a total of four ingredients in it, which is not bad, but it is a very spicy drink. They don't serve the juices with ice, which can be a good thing or a bad thing if you're wanting something very cold. Next time I go, I will have to try a different flavor so l can provide additional reviews. There is nowhere to sit down inside this is only an order grab and go establishment.it's very small so if you go during rush-hour, there may be a little bit of a wait. They do take orders online so you can place it online and just pull up to the window and get out to grab your drink.
