The drink was alright, I think there was still the strong taste of whey in it but otherwise, $8 for this chubby smoothie is worth. Very filling and great for post workout noms.

One of the best supplement shops Ive ever seen. They have a very good product selection, and the owner John is honest and doesn't try to sell you on just anything. You'll find the best preworkouts at this store, they aren't like the underdosed preworkouts commonly seen at GNC. He will always make excellent tailored recommendations. Also shakes are impressive ?

This is the best supplement shop I've ever been to. John and Joe are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, they never try to push products on you, they are merely there to inform you. Super good smoothies and a great place to find hard to get supplements that aren't available at other stores, definitely worth checking out!

This place has a great selection of supplements, I personally use it it get creatine every once in a while. Yesterday I went there to buy some creatine like I do every couple months but this time the guy at the counter recommends me something, a SARM which is basically a steroid that you take via mouth, there has not been enough research done on it to be proven safe nor do we know the long term effects of taking them. The fact that this dude at the front was trying to get me to buy it and claiming that it was SAFE and effective is alarming. You can not say that is product is safe no one that works at this supplement store is a doctor or has done clinical research on SARMS. The scariest thing is that it is right next to crunch fitness a gym many people go to, there are also a lot of kids that go to this gym, kids that have no idea what SARMS are and haven't read up on them and done their research like me. These kids could go in this store looking for protein powder or creatine, like I usually do, and then this guy at the front could possibly market these products to unsuspecting teens and they will take it and it will work and they will come back and buy more not knowing that they are killing themselves slowly but surely. I am 19 so if they are trying to sell it to me they probably would try to market this product to kids not that much younger than me. This is just completely unethical and for a place that is supposed to support being healthy this is the complete opposite, they are lying to people and potentially killing them in the long run. I am going to be filing a complaint to the better business bureau and if you are reading this review please do the same for the sake of all the children that go to crunch fitness and also give this review a like so that more people see it and if you are the owner reading this review you should be ashamed of yourself I have no idea how you sleep at night knowing you are giving people these research chemicals that could kill them.

Bought vegan protein powder as I began my fitness journey at Crunch; wanted to put on more muscle; vegan 10+ years and vegetarian even longer primarily due to lactose intolerance - I came in after every workout for a plant based smoothie - I began to notice GI issues and inflammation (facial swelling) - started elimination diet to try and find the trigger only to find out that they had been putting yoghurt in my vegan smoothies??♀️
