Is this place even for real? We never see anybody in there it’s always a ghost town. Decided to take a look at myself everything looked stale, looked busy on their phones, which I understand they’re probably not used to having people come in. I would love to know how they stay in business with no sales? If the owner will sell me the book or tell me the secret I will buy it!

Been here twice in the last 3 weeks and the machines seem to always be broken. There’s never any regular tart flavor. This locations machines always seem to be “under maintenance”, super frustrating

Cleanliness is a huge concern. Employees are too busy in their phones to pay attention to the yogurt on the floor. Stepped outside and saw another huge rat. Loved this place forever but sad to see where it is now.

The woman that works here was very sweet and helpful and they have a new coconut flavor (or new to me) that was delicious! This location is much less crowded than the other south tampa location, which is a bonus in my book.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves coming to this one. The outside seating is on a little Astro turf area that she loves to play on :)
