I wanted to share my recent experience during my visit to yogurtology , which I have always regarded as a favorite dessert spot. During my last visit, I discovered a hair in my ice cream after taking a bite. This incident affected my appetite and overall enjoyment of the meal. This was by far the worst experience I have had here, and will not be coming back any time soon. Absolutely disgusting and I do not recommend going. Cleanliness is a big part of maintaining a clean atmosphere, I hope this issue can be resolved for future customers.

I came here with a friend and everything was great except for lots of screaming children, but that isn’t the restaurant’s fault. It’s a good place to grab a treat and they even have outdoor seating.

Come by this past Thursday around 8:30pm, however, the store was closed on a normal day without any notice. The only thing that got me to go here was my 3-year-old toddler's cravings a bit late at night. Service is so-so, the atmosphere is horrible if they decide to play any rap or hip-hop music with their horrible speakers. The chairs and tables are dirty, why use white if you are not planning to keep them clean daily... Their yogurt consistency is never the same, sometimes a bit too watery (not at the right temperature), and other times it's like eating a Pop Cycle or Kool-Aid. Yogurt-making process and procedure aren't being followed at all. During the operation, no one bothered to care if the dripping tray was clean or not.

We frequently take the kids to Yogurtology and it is always a pleasant, clean atmosphere. We enjoy the froyo and the varieties of toppings. We do wish they’d add more healthy/organic toppings, but otherwise everything is always great there.
Kid-friendliness: It is definitely a kid friendly environment with lots of sugary toppings, depending on your preferences this can be good or bad. We limit their sugar intake so we do wish there were more natural unprocessed toppings to pick from.
