They NEED to hire different staff, we were rushed, and its so cramped we could barely fit, The burger was okay but theyre made not fresh, i guess itl help make it go faster but getting a plain burgur is hard, Overall would NOT come again

They need a complete revamp and new staff with better leadership. Stood in line with literally no one directing traffic and keeping the line moving. No efficiency to be found. Got the chicken tenders finally with fries. Went to get condiments and nothing there in the dispensers with anything in them except for mayo and mustard. No ketchup or bbq sauce at all. Empty. Went back in to tell someone where they in turn directed me to a gentleman out in the dining area changing out the garbage bags. Went to speak to him and he directed me back inside. Spoke to a different checkout woman who asked what they did have out there. I gave her the rundown. 10 minutes later a little teenage girl with only a desire to speak to the boys on staff wandered out with a cart to get the dispensers. Took them all except the mayo and mustard and never returned. I sat there for 30 minutes while my tenders went cold and ate maybe half with no dipping sauce or ketchup for the fries. A real waste of money and time and their leadership needs to be read the riot act about how bad their customer service was and take corrective actions. This was on Sunday, 11/23/2025 from 1:45-2:45 timeframe.

Disgusting, overpriced food and rude staff. Chicken tenders were extremely dry and the cheeseburger was like something youd get out of a school lunch line. They had sides sitting out for people to take like salads & pudding and there were flies all over them. Staff members were making rude glances at each other and making fun of tourists with a language barrier. 0/10 would never eat here again.

The fries were extremely spicy. Why an amusement park with lots of kids would think that spicing up the food was ok, is beyond me. Our grandkids couldn’t even eat and the lines are so long, there is no way to go in and talk to an employee!
