Pricey for families of 4 or 5. Food quality is theme park grade. Busch Gardens is an en excellent value for the money compared to the more expensive Disney Parks. Their payment plans make it way more accessible and way more feasible for families of 4 or 5. Their rollercoasters top Disney's rides period. Hotels near Busch Gardens will seem over priced since most of them are not remodeled. Rapid transit is not rapid in the Busch Gardens areas. Some pockets are hairy and dangerous but the areas near their are relatively safe and accessible.

Food is insanely overpriced and absolutely DISGUSTINNNGGGG!!! I was expecting it to at least be McDonald's quality but ugh. Paid $26+ for a burger and lemonade. The lemonade tasted like watered down sugar water with a couple drops of lemon in it and the burger's bread was stale, cracked and cold. The cheese looked like it was just thrown on and nowhere near melted. The bacon was so stale it as if it was in a food dehydrator and idek WTH the they used for the "burger meat" bc it dvmned sure WASN'T BEEF!!! And to top it off the food was room temperature altho we were waiting in line for 25+ minutes!!. I took one bite and one sip and requested a full refund. Oughta be ashamed!!

Mobile ordered our food and it would be ready in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, I got in the Mobile order pick-up line, and it's about another 45-minute wait, and I still have no confirmation if our food is ready.

Took a hour to get through the line. They kept running out of fries and that causes the line to stop. The lady working the food area was real nice. I felt bad for her because she was being hung out to dry by the systems in place. Also there is not enough seating for the volume of people going through.

Worst food experience of my life. Waited 2 hours for the food. Operations are terrible and those were some of the slowest workers I have seen in my life. Really left a very negative touch on the day. BTW The food was terrible as well.

There are only two food options, burger or chicken, which is fine. But it's not okay to wait more than an hour for fries. Big management problem.

Nowhere to sit. People are snatching chairs from other tables. Lines are thru the door and around the restaurant.Whoever manages this place needs to go, but first scrub it clean as a farewell gift to all customers.Pathetic!
We used the dine all day deal and it was well worth it! Their portions were a good size, very filling. Their food choices were good as well. If you are at Busch Gardens we recommend you checkout their food.

Long lines, slow service, and high prices. Portions were good though and the chicken tenders and fries actually were pretty tasty.

Awful place. Food dry and cold, very slow and staff didn't care or even communicate. Overpriced.
