This was my first time there. Nothing special. It was just ok. It wasn't terrible but not a place I would say hey let's go here.fast food environment. Reminds me of Popeyes when they had a dine in.

The food was pretty good and the place was relatively clean, but what stood out to me was this very kind worker by the name of mustafa Kaseer, after all those hours he worked he still found the energy to be as friendly as possibly and I think he should be applauded for that. I will definitely be coming back in hopes of seeing him again😊😊😊😍😍😍

We purchased two chicken salads on 11/5/25, about 1/4 of the salad was slimy and there was only about 2 tablespoons of chicken. This company has gone downhill. They used to have great salads.

My favorite chicken restaurant

I'm from Colorado and have never tried zaxbys before and honestly! Not to shabby I will say the chicken itself is bland but the sauce makes up for it. Absolutely love there fried cheese cake, french fries and fried pickles!! They do on excellent job on those.

Ordered the wings and things gave me three smallll chicken tenders and when I ask to replace the zax sauce for honey mustard I get no sauce for anything

they are the most friendliest with service, was waiting on food and i usually never have rush with
food well i was just chilling waiting on my food and manager comes out and apologizes for the wait and tells me next order is on them, wow! never had that done to me i only waited 15 minutes.food was amazing also

Orders a 4 peice chicken tender plate was ready before I finished ordering. Everything was hot and fresh.

I come here often during my lunch break at work and when I came earlier today it was much busier than usual but lucky for me Taty was at the register, she was super kind and helpful and spoke to me with a smile. Go Taty!

Friendly fast service. Chicken sandwich was good but needed more sauce. Fries were soggy and needed salt . Seasoning uneven on the fries.
Fountain soda was really good!
