Be Careful- I got food poison here. Had to go to the ER. It was terrible. It was the only thing I ate that day. Didn’t think it was the Zaxbys until my son goes 2 days later and the same happened to him. It was also the only thing he ate that day. Luckily he’s young and recouped fast.

I had the best experience at this place.. The manager was amazing I believe her name is Mabelline she was so nice and smiled and made sure I got what I needed.. I asked for fresh food which I had no problem getting and I was very impressed with how fast it was... First of all the ladies working here were very very nice to me. Secondly I got a side of pickles and they were the BEST pickles I’ve ever had. They were small but thick chips and the flavor and crunch was better than any fast food place ive ever had pickles at.

The food that I ordered was very salty! I ordered chicken tender, fries, and the toast. The fries were way too salty and so was the chicken. Overall, it seemed like the food had too much spices, and on top of that, they put more salt. Other than that, the food I ordered was the regular fried food restaurant quality you are used to eating at other restaurants. The Zax sauce is alright. I don't know if it adds to the flavor in a positive or in a negative way (even more salty). Perhaps, I am used to eating with low sodium, regardless of that, the food did have too much salt.Wheelchair accessibility: All areas are wheelchair accessible and the handicap parking is near the main restaurant entrance.
