Very Disappointing. I had a simple take away order for 2 sandwiches, which they completely got wrong and charged me for cold slaw I never got. The sandwich was supposed to be on rye bread, but it sure wasn't rye bread, and it was greasy. And the food was expensive. I'm from NY and this stuff resembled a NY deli in no way whatsoever.

Brian with Offline - Tried the ruben and it was delicious. Also had iced coffee which was also really good. My friend got the American combo and the sandwich was packed with meat. Way more than you would find in a Publix sub. And everything was very good priced. With my discount I only spent about $6 for my sandwich and coffee. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Bagels were fresh and light, and we enjoyed everything we got for our family breakfast. We ordered BEC on cheddar bagel, BEC on jalapeño cheddar bagel, Supernova on plain bagel, and 2 everything bagels with cream cheese. This place is so much better than Einstein or any other bagel place in the area.

Bagels were on the stale side. Lil crowded. Very long wait for a bagel. Plain was plain. Everything tasted like Dunkin donuts . Maybe one day thell learn to make a bagel that's from ny.

They have the regular bagels which have loads of topping on both side and they have special bagels like bacon cheddar and jalapeño cream cheese. T

Bacon Egg & Cheese (BEC) and it was exactly what I was craving. The roll was fresh, and the bacon was perfectly cooked. Everything came hot and flavorful — no shortcuts here. This is hands down one of the best BECs I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend Zio's NY Bagels & Deli Co, if you’re looking for a legit NY-style breakfast sandwich in the Tampa Area!
