Took a long while, like 15-20 minutes, to get 2 meals. Fries were cold when we finally got the meals. Asked for hot fries, that took another 10 minutes even though they said 3 minutes. Services was terrible for a Sunday afternoon when there was just another customer there. It was not busy, last time I visit that particular Arbys.

I normally like Arby's but today I went to buy their new Philly cheesesteak I paid $16 and some change for two Philly cheesesteaks for lunch and I'll tell you what they were terrible The tastes everything was not of any quality and I hate to say it but I think the garbage can enjoyed both sandwiches much more than I did I was really disappointed in Arby's at that point because like I said in the beginning I normally do like Arby's food

Worst Arby's I've EVER had. Maybe the employees should spend more time learning to do their job right than sitting outside smoking. Fries were old, cold, and broken up. Roast beef tasted weird and old and was shredded so fine like they used a cheese grater. 1 car in front of us with 1 person and we had to pull forward to wait. Just... gross. AVOID.

We waited forever to order at the drive thru. We ordered no salt on fries. We get salt on fries. We ordered Arby's double and we got the Arby's single. I would turn around but I am to far away to go back.

Nothing like going in for a shake and was told the machine was down. Roll up to the window and not only do we see one of the employees make themselves a milkshake but also left the whip outside and you could tell it was recently used due to the light glistening on it.
