Arby’s in Tarpon Springs has really stepped up their game! The food is always fresh and the chicken tenders actually taste like grilled chicken! The staff and employees are always so pleasant! I highly recommend if you haven’t been to Arby’s lately stop by and try it!

If I could give customers a zero start rating, I would.. most customer’s are amazing and patient others come in with the dirtiest looks and the meanest attitudes and we still give top-tier customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. My roommate and I went inside because we were both ordering. The curly hair guy at the register never spoke and never smiled. I told him I wanted a Reuben meal. He said classic and I said yes because it is on the classic menu. Then he goes about putting together other orders and left my roommate standing there, never asking her for her order. He also never asked if I wanted my receipt. He gives out food to some other people, hands me my order THEN takes my roommate order. We leave and when I get home I discover he gave me a plain roast beef sandwich. I went there specifically for the Reuben sandwich, I know that is what I ordered. So now I drive back up there and put the bag on the counter. He walks by a few times, I know he sees me. After a few minutes he finally walks over and just looks at me. Doesn't ask if there is something wrong, no he just stares at me. I tell him that is not what I ordered so he yells to the guy in the back to make a Reuben. Then he starts going through the orders on the screen. He actually says under his breath while walking passed me that there were no Reuben orders. Well no kidding, that's because you put the order in wrong!!!! You need to start doing better!!!!

I went to Arbys restaurant 0156 and shift manager, William took our order, I have to say that he was the most pleasant and helpful person. He is the reason I will come back to Arbys again. An exceptional and professional employee!!!!! Arbys needs more people like him!!!!!!! Thank you William!!!!

Took a long while, like 15-20 minutes, to get 2 meals. Fries were cold when we finally got the meals. Asked for hot fries, that took another 10 minutes even though they said 3 minutes. Services was terrible for a Sunday afternoon when there was just another customer there. It was not busy, last time I visit that particular Arbys.

I normally like Arby's but today I went to buy their new Philly cheesesteak I paid $16 and some change for two Philly cheesesteaks for lunch and I'll tell you what they were terrible The tastes everything was not of any quality and I hate to say it but I think the garbage can enjoyed both sandwiches much more than I did I was really disappointed in Arby's at that point because like I said in the beginning I normally do like Arby's food
