The guy that waited on me was very nice

I gave the manager PLENTY of time to go ahead and reach out to me before I made this review. I came here and got lunch for my coworkers, not only did I wait in line for 35-45 mins for my food but had to turn around after I left because they FORGOT a couple sandwiches so standing in line for another 15 mins. I get back to work which wasn’t far from this Burger King, food was messed up, ice cold fries. Then as I start to grab a cheese tot, I see what looks to be a pube? Are you kidding me!? Why do I think it was a pube? There was ONE guy worker and he didn’t have a facial hair. I called and the lady that answered had a nasty attitude. She told me “bring the food back and we will see IF we can do a refund because im not remaking all that” so I took all the food back and she pulled EVERYTHING out of the bag onto the counter and started opening every sandwich in front of me and other customers in the lobby. She counts every cheese tot and I guess they miscounted when they gave me my food because she looked me straight in the face and goes “someone ate one” I said “are you kidding me!? There’s a pube on them, who the hell would even touch that!?” She calls her manager and said “is it okay that I do a refund?” Manager told her yes so she gave me back my money and I asked the manager to call me about this whole situation because I was very mad. It’s been a couple months and still no response so here my review. I have told everyone that says “I’m going to Burger King” to avoid going to this one! Absolutely disgusting !

They always forget things. Looked at me like I was stupid when I was still there waiting for my drink they never gave me. When I got home I was missing multiple things from my order. Never gone through the drive thru and had it taken less than 20 minutes even if there's only one person ahead of me.

ALWAYS told to “wait until someone waves” before being able to pull up to the window. The wait is usually 5 minutes or more. This time 20min. The food: cold and incorrect.

Because 15 to $20 every time you go there you might as well go to a sit-down restaurant and get healthy food for the same price they jacked up their prices and cut the food portions fast food is declining fast

Standard BK, however, the person on register to take your order, Tiffany, was talking to someone on her cellphone and not paying attention to her customer. The store manager was expediting orders for inside and drive-thru. He asked her to get off the phone, but she ignored it and walked away. From my experience as a BK store manager, he needs to replace the employee.

Absolute rip off on the Mexican corn whopper meal med size almost $13.00..fries cold..sweet tea tasted old and the whopper was nothing at all like advertising...a couple of chip strip on it..few pieces of lettuce..not sure what type of sauce it was supposed to be thats how much was not on it you couldn't taste it or barely see it on the bun..3 slices tomatoe very dry no taste to it.
Unfortunately we had pulled away and down the road before it was discovered or they would've got it handed back thru the window..Def don't recommend

This experience was not so good this visit. I must admit the amount of money they put into the remodel it's a nice place however under wrong management and employees that can go downhill quick. The store was completely out of receipt paper not the end of the world. No straws for the lobby cashier said the manager went to get more still not the end of the world it was just the lack of care in this new building the constant f-bombs on the drive-thru line employees and old food in the lobby on the floor as far as cleanliness. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. The bathroom is also in not great shape. I decided to try the Mexican street corn Whopper limited time item. I ordered here / not to go. Jeffrey the cashier handed me my food and in a go bag... I said is this my order for here said (yes) smh... then it gets better he then tells me there are no straws for the lobby... In a pure state of confusion I literally just grabbed my ( for here to go bag 🤣) as I am eating my new Whopper all I can hear is the employees on the drive-thru line making food, dropping the f-bomb every 2 seconds talking about how much they bust their ass and how hard they work... at this point I'm just laughing. The older couple sitting next to me got up and left because of it... I know things can't always go right .. my reviews are almost always good...but not this time... Try harder guys 🙏 there were two female managers here the whole time that kind of concerns me they must be ok with it

I had a card that I used that was locked and the guy at the window let me pull around so I could unlock it and pull back through to get my order and I did. What could have turned bad he helped facilitate so that it didn't.

What a worthless, unhelpful, confrontational staff. Completely worthless. How many times does a plain double cheeseburger need to be remade? Because I feel like three times it a lot. Probably more than the cooks can count, seeing as the two first reditions of the sandwich was a single. On the third, they forgot the second slice of cheese. Their counting stops at 1. Hence 1 star, keep it in their wheelhouse.

Worst Burger King ever. The drive through service is horrible, between ordering and picking up the food they take about 8 minutes with no traffic on the drive through. they always tell you to wait on the first window and to not go in the pick up window until they tell you, they are doing that because they don’t want corporate to know that they are doing a poor job and taking to long. Maybe they need a new district manager that really cares about how well the store is running. That’s why McDonald is 100 years ahead of them. I really wish I had another Burger King close by.
