Standard BK, however, the person on register to take your order, Tiffany, was talking to someone on her cellphone and not paying attention to her customer. The store manager was expediting orders for inside and drive-thru. He asked her to get off the phone, but she ignored it and walked away. From my experience as a BK store manager, he needs to replace the employee.

I had a card that I used that was locked and the guy at the window let me pull around so I could unlock it and pull back through to get my order and I did. What could have turned bad he helped facilitate so that it didn't.

The place was empty but very clean, even the bathroom. What I find disturbing is a couple walked in with hand-held dog put on a burger kind crown, then put it back. First off, that is not sanitary. The manager was standing there and didn't say a word. I would have asked not to return it but to take it or throw it away (disgusting).
