Service was fast and attentive. All was good untill the food got brought out, and a few bites in multiple pieces of hair were found in our dishes.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but after spending over $100 for an early dinner that was basically inedible I’m going to. Texas Cheese Fries had obviously been made much earlier in the day. The cheese was hard and dry and the fries were at best room temp as well as being very dry. The ribs were also quite cold and very tough. The chicken quesadillas were overcooked to the point of being almost burned and needless to say the cheese and chicken were both dry and chewy. The only edible item received were the mozzarella sticks. I wish I had taken pictures because just looking at the food it was obvious that it was not going to be very good, but unfortunately we threw it away after only a few bites.

Tonight (Thursday), at about 745, we went to the Chili's in Tarpom Springs. There were available tables everywhere. The hostess came up and said it would be a 15-20 wait. I asked why there was a wait when there were available tables everywhere. I told her we weren't going to wait and we left. We went someplace else. We go to Chili's once a week. After tonight, we won't ever go back. It was bad management!! Chili's lost regular customers after what happened tonight.

Rude experience terrible service from the hostess waiter bar tender and not 1 but 2 managers. Left tarpon local went to oldsmar local such an opposite experience there. I think the staff from oldsmar chillis should come over to the tarpon springs location to train them on customer service and present a dinning experience for the guest who is spending there money on your service and food but you can't even get that right just the basics at the tarpon local. Never again!

Chilis in Tarpon Springs is a place I go to for dinner, lunch & carry out. Food is good, large selection on the menu & service is consistent. Nice to have a place like this to grab a quick bite or a relaxing meal.

I asked about how spicy the shrimp pasta was and waiter said not spicy and put that no spice to be put on it. I got it and was so spicy it was inedible

Been here twice recently. Most recent bartender was as unfriendly and unaccommodating as possible did not smile one time not sure how she keeps her job. Place empty by 9:30 during football nite. Previous to that they sat a huge group of young kids sport team in the bar yelling disrupting everything, could not even talk. why? don't seat 10 kids at a table in the bar under 12 yrs old?? bad mgmt, and staff most visits

I love chili's. It's really, really good food and the servers are all cute and shiny too. The food is cute and shiny too, after all the cherries on top are always so delicious. Will always go have our supper with yallllll.

The host Markella was very rude, slammed our menus on the table and walked away fast, kept giving dirty looks everytime she walked by. Didn’t feel very welcomed at all. Seems like she doesn’t like her job and doesn’t want to be there at all, will never be back at this location due to her childish behavior
