After dinner with the family, we decided to grab some ice cream—a treat that’s usually all about indulgence, fun, and relaxation. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the rude attitude of the woman working at the shop. She seemed genuinely inconvenienced by our presence and lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism expected in such a setting. It was a disappointing contrast to what should have been a simple, enjoyable outing.

This place needs to add business hours. Just wasted 10$ on parking and now I've wasted my family's time and patience. Kids hopes were up thinking we were getting ice cream and now we just have tired and annoyed kids. Thanks!

Hershey ice cream yum!! Right in the Sponge Exchange in Tarpon Springs. Pretzels and Nathan's hotdogs too! Good treats and service.

the icecream here is delicious! sure, it’s a bit small. but the dippin dots are not small at all! a very cheap price and so, so good! i even got to choose two different flavors for them. totally recommend going here!
The guy was very nice BUT we had 4 milkshakes at $6.00 each! Each milkshake was very thin ( more like a glass of milk with very little flavor and very little ice cream! ) We will not go back there!

Very unfriendly place, all I wanted some ice cream and was turned away , my son is home from the Navy and leaving tomorrow for a tour in Japan.The person working flat out turned us away. Because we do not have or use masks .Mind you was both had covid test yesterday and are negative.There are no customers in store and it's understandable why that is..Very disappointed...Honestly the girl was very rude and seemed bothered, by the rolling eyes, that she was being pulled away from her cell phone to help cash paying customers.I ended up going to another place and all was great..

Really good ice cream but the 2 ladies that were there seemed extremely inconvenienced by helping us. Then, the older lady was pretty rude to me when I asked for 2 scoops of a flavor that was almost out saying she wasn't going to get 2 scoops from that. It definitely looked like there would be which is why I asked, but while she was scooping she had to eat her words and realized it and said, "oh there's plenty" and I said "yeah that's what I figured.For being an ice cream parlor, it was very sad and depressing inside. I enjoyed the deck seating though. Perfect combo: ice cream and waterside view. 5 stars for the yummy ice cream but minus 3 for the unpleasant experience and atmosphere.
