My brother ordered pizza wait for one hour; when he called the store, they said he had to order again because they forgot to send his order. My brother waits another 30 minutes, and the delivery asks for tips when I pay. The worst service ever is because they make a mistake; the following order should be FREE, and is not respectful to ask for a tip when this day all pizza stores charge $5 for the delivery.
