“Had a last minute order for my daughter's birthday. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Had everything ready on time and order was made to perfection. This is my go to Dunkin. I live in NPR and work in Palm Harbor. So I pass plenty of Dunkins on my route. This is the best one by far.“

“My son and I just left this place and when I tell the doughnuts are DELICIOUS I do mean DELICIOUS! Warm! Fresh! And they have soooo many different toppings/choices. “It’s 6:30 in the morning on Valentines Day 2025 and I’m on my way to work. I need a coffee. I didn’t know dunkin was open at 5 o’clock bless them. The lady that served me was cheery, polite, patient and not smarmy. She called me maa’m. I’m nearly 70 so addresses like honey, sugar, sweetie do not go down well with me when I am being served by someone who is young enough to be my granddaughter. It was quick, I guess not too many people were being served as early as 630 but I found it most enjoyable and wanted to say so. Thank you lady who served me on Valentine’s Day. 2025.

“I usually hit this Dunkin’ in the mornings, and the AM staff is not entirely the friendliest. Today (August 20th around 1:20 PM), I pulled up and was surprised. The afternoon crew was hands-down the NICEST, funniest, most positive Dunkin’ team I’ve ever encountered in my entire life.
The vibe was immaculate. The energy? Unmatched. The jokes? On point. Honestly, it felt less like ordering a coffee and more like pulling up to a comedy club with lattes. The young lady at the drive-thru window especially—she deserves a raise, a promotion, and probably her own talk show.
This team turned my quick coffee run into the highlight of my day. Whoever was working that shift, keep them forever. Dunkin’, take notes: THAT’S how you do customer service.“
