The lady at the window was rude. I obviously couldnt reach the credit card machine, nor did I have room to open the door. She clearly saw that and was like ok and what do you want me to do. So I tell her again I can’t reach. She was absolutely I help!!!! She reluctantly took my phone to tap it. Rude!!!!! Never will go there again!!! Can’t wait for 19 location to reopen, way better customer service! She clearly hates her job!!!

You can atleast say “thank you” when I give you 1.70$ tip. I didn’t have to do that. After you got your 1.70$ you just shut the drive thru door and didn’t say anything. I’m not going to your establishment anymore. You’re losing customers that way. Good luck.
