Title: Charged Extra for No Ice? Double-Charged for One Drink? Unacceptable.
I visited this Dunkin’ before April 1st, 2025—and no, sadly, this isn’t some twisted April Fools’ prank. I was charged extra for requesting no ice in my drink, and then charged twice for the same drink. When I politely asked the staff, they explained that the general manager, Kim, has a policy of charging employees for water and ice.
Let me repeat that—employees must pay to stay hydrated while working. That’s not just petty—it’s inhumane.
The staff were incredibly kind and professional, which makes it even more disturbing to hear they’re being treated like this. These kinds of policies don’t just show poor leadership—they border on discriminatory, especially for individuals with health conditions or disabilities.
This Dunkin' in Tarpon Springs, a corporate location, is being reported to the Department of Labor and other regulatory agencies for unfair labor practices and possible ADA violations.
To the owner of this franchise: You will be receiving a certified letter in the mail and should prepare for a proper investigation. I strongly urge you to educate your general manager, Ms. Kim, on U.S. Labor Laws and disability accommodations.
Ms. Kim—shame on you. This is not how a national brand should be represented. Your behaviour creates a hostile work environment, and it will be brought to light.
Fix it. Or face it.

Horrible service. I go to Dunkin every morning spend thousands a year and order the same drink every time. My first time stopping at this location and Lisa fills my drink 2” from the top still charges 8 dollars and says sorry that’s are policy at this location and walks away. So if you want light ice and don’t want to be over charged do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes further they actually treat you nicely with no power trips.

I asked for a couple of ice cubes for my tea because it was so hot, I burned my mouth. They charged me for that! I couldn't hardly eat after my mouth was burned. For was ok, nothing to write home about. Thought about suing but hubby said to forget it. I have a huge blister on the roof of my mouth after a small sip!!

I ordered a sandwich deal which included hash browns and a coffee. I don't drink coffee, so I requested a tea. I was charged full price for the tea, as it was hot tea...if I had ordered ice tea it would have been included. Didn't find that out until after I paid. Anyway, took a sip of the tea, and it was so hot, I burned my mouth badly...blistered the roof of my mouth and tongue. I asked for some ice cubes, and they told me it would cost me extra!! I refused but hubby got them for me anyway. I then asked to speak with the manager. After about 10 minutes, she came out, but NOT to speak with me; she went to help out at the window. So, I called corporate headquarters right from the restaurant (I was a bit upset). They wanted to know who the manager was. I pointed at her and asked if she was the manager(while I was on the phone) and she got belligerent, said to me I shouldn't point my finger at her, and then said she didn't know where we were in the restaurant...we were the only ones in it at the time. Then she said she couldn't come out to talk to us because she was baking bagels. And started to yell at me. So I asked for her name, still on the phone with corporate...and she refused, said she was calling the store owner. Corporate took my information, and said someone will contact me within the next 24 to 48 hrs. The roof of my mouth has peeled now. My tongue still hurts but not as bad. And all I want at this point is a frigging apology!! In writing, from that very rude manager!! Poor people skills, never asked how I was doing or anything. Btw, this is the very first time I've ever left a review, and I'm sad it had to be one after such a horrible experience. I see other people have had bad experiences here as well....

These people always have my fav donuts which seems everyone and the mothers love lol the food is good and fresh! People are nice and courteous through drive through and I’m always attended and given my order quickly!

The Tarpon Springs location is fantastic, I go every morning and I have my coffee ready when I walk in the door, they know exactly what I want, you can not ask for a better staff than that!!

I stopped going to this location after noticing they repeatedly made my cold brew order with regular coffee despite the price difference.

Meh. Apparently a large hashbrown is now six tots. They were burnt. Even after waiting for a couple minutes for food it wasn't fresh.
It's not there fault though fast food service and quality post covid is the new pandemic.

Today my mom and I came here the morning after the hurricane but Anna I believe was her name was really rude. She got my moms coffee wrong and my mom asked her if it was more money since she charged her for the wrong coffee and gave my mom a smart remark back saying it’s only 25 cents and then handed my mom her food rudely and slammed the drive thru window shut. That was really unprofessional and extremely uncalled for. It was just a simple question. She wasn’t going to trip out about it but the way the girl handled it was just flat out nasty.

I come here often early in the morning, and I always have a great experience with the cashier who has a beard. She's very nice, and her laugh is contagious. I frequently purchase the offered baker's choice donut.
