I’ve tried a lot of sandwich spots around the area—and Firehouse Subs in Tarpon Springs is definitely one of the best. The Italian sub is my go-to. Always packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and perfectly toasted every time.
The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the place is always clean with that fun firefighter vibe. Whether I’m grabbing lunch or a quick dinner, they never miss.
Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want a great sub. Support your local Firehouse—it’s worth it!

Food is good, place was clean, service was slow and crappy this afternoon. The kid who took out order couldn't speak. He mumbled, wasn't friendly, or polite. Same to be said for the female employee who made our subs. No smiles, no interaction, not even a hello or a thank you. Love Firehouse Subs but with all the food options in the area, might skip this place for a while until these employees get replaced. Food - 10/10. Cleanliness - 10/10. Service - 2/10.

I used to like going to this Firehouse subs but I don't know what happened. I ordered online and when I got there the order was not ready and then I had to wait 35 minutes in the store for my little sandwich that had nothing on it.!! I asked for no onions because I'm allergic to them. Guess what? I got onions there goes the sandwich and the garbage and I asked for extra tomatoes. Didn't get those I asked for mustard. Didn't get that a very bad experience. So many people were in there. Complaining about the order and saying how slow they are and their orders were not right. Three people were working. One of them was just standing around and the girl looked like she didn't even want to be there. This is no way to run a business. You need more employees. Get the orders right. The place was a mess I am not happy with this establishment at all.

Took 20 min to get my order, 5 people after me got their food before I did and when I did get it it was the wrong order. The guy before me got mine.
They did apologize but didn't offer me any discounts for next time. When I asked for one, they had no idea if they even had any in the store. They had to hunt to find a $2 off card.
This place used to be our favorite when we spend the winters in Florida. But it has staff has give downhill since last year.

We came in after 5:00 p.m. on a Wednesday with younger children. We knew nothing about the kids 12 and under eat for $3.99 on Wednesday's after 5:00 p.m. Nothing was mentioned to us while ordering. You would think the cashiers would say hey by the way here's the deal we have... Nope. I saw the sign after we placed the order and I mentioned the deal to them. The cashier had a deer in the headlights look saying well you already paid for it and I'm already making the sandwich. It was the dumbest response I've ever heard. The proper thing would have been to void the order and charge the lower price for one of the kid's sandwiches. Overall customer service and friendliness is non existent and they just slap together the sandwiches sloppily that it looks like vomit. Won't be back.
Bread was soggy but I got it to go so kinda expected that but overall it was a good sandwich probably next time I'll sit down and eat

Placed an order online for a future pick up, once I arrived it wasn't there and the employees acted like they had no idea what order i was talking about. Pulled up the screenshots of my order to show them the name and that It was the correct order. Waited patiently and nicely for 20 min for them to remake the order as they said someone else must've taken it. Said thanks and went on my way. Got home to realize that I was given smaller sandwiches than what I ordered and already paid for. Called back to tell them and the lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. This store messes something up every single time.
