I was very disappointed on my purchase of a high priced New York Steamer sub. Barely any meat, bread tasted stale, no greeting, storebunclean, took quite awhile before our two subs were ready. Not worth the price.

Please educate your employees on what veteran identification looks like before offering Veterans Day meals.

Today, I went in to get my free meal, like many other veterans in the line ahead of me did. The older gentleman at the register took a quick look at their ID and then rang them up. When I got there, I showed my ID, and the same gentleman stared at it for a solid 45 seconds without saying anything, then took it out of my hand and looked at it more and told me that dependents aren’t eligible for the free meal. My ID was clearly issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs and listed that I am a service connected disabled veteran. I felt really embarrassed for being questioned on my military service in front of the whole line of people behind me. When I was questioned, I said I can show my DD-214 as well, and finally the guy relented. Embarrassing to be questioned about my service in front of many other customers in line. I served over 12 years in the Coast Guard, only to be questioned by a (very seemingly sexist) employee at this location. Very disappointing.

I ordered food for pick up after waiting forever for it. The male working here said that some Uber driver must have accidentally picked it up. Then refused to make me the sandwiches I ordered and paid for. Crooks!!!

I was out driving around trying to find a place to eat. Every place was closed because the hurricane was going by not Firehouse. I asked why they were open with hurricane was going by, their answer was ,people gotta eat. Thank you. I had the new Captain Club, great with a little heat. I recommend.

Fast friendly service in a clean restaurant. The employees were all really nice. The sandwiches were great and everyone left happy. The veggie sandwich was delicious. The mushrooms made it especially satisfying! I also appreciated the fresh lime wedges for the drinks.
