2024 Great as usual.2023 Restaurant; Best food I've had in about a year and I only got the gyro lunch special. I'll probably be back just to eat. Highly recommend coming early and making a reservation in person as it can get very busy. Pricing was very good. Service was good.Bakery; Excellent selection. Some cold, some ambient, some can be warmed.

Food was ok. Had this type of Gyro elsewhere and definitely had better. The Greek potatoes were very good. You got three large wedges and that is a good to split even as an appetizer. Waiter was nice but busy. I did go at lunch time just as Fyi. Price was ok for being in a tourist spot. If you get to sit by the window you get nice people watching from what I could see when I walked by the place originally.

First time here today tried the Gyro as did my wife. It was a mediocre. Have had way better at the little Greek, Mamas and Mr Gyro in Clearwater is still the best gyro

we like to go to the bakery and get ice cream ( about 20 different flavors), coffee, baklava, napoleon, other pastries ? ?. welike to sit down and chat. or we can just hear the buzz of out neighbors! regardless, it's a fun place. we will be back!Parking: parking between city blocks or on the street. whatever you can find. some spots require payment others do not require payment.

I'm a huge fan of the dolmas... it's been difficult to find any neat stuffed grape leaves.....so I drive to Hellas from Sarasota, usually two times a month..... otherwise I would make them myself, and eat the whole crockpot full!!!!

We had the vegetarian pita and the Hellas Gyro, along with the Greek salad and raspberry sangria. All were outstanding. All of the staff were excellent, especially our server, Emily. All of her recommendations were on point. We brought home the cannoli lasagna for dessert later. It was amazing!

We chose your restaurant due to the highest number of reviews. Unfortunately, the food was poor, with no major variety. There was nothing special, the biggest disappointment was the Greek salad with two tiny pieces of cheese. The main course of lamb was served with peas and one 1/4 piece of potato. Not adequate to the price. Our waiter was not enthusiastic and did not encourage us to do anything. Poor recommendations and after opening a bottle of wine that we chose ourselves because no one was able to recommend it, she told us to pour it ourselves.
I dined at Hellas today with 2 family members. We had a reservation (the best way to be seated quickly) and were seated promptly. We ordered the Shish kabobs and split a Greek Salad. The food was wonderful as always and we had a pleasant experience. Love this restaurant! Best Greek food in Pinellas County, definitely worth the drive.

The “Greek Coffee” was the only disappointment while dining at this great restaurant yesterday. It is weak and watery, the opposite of what it should be. This was my 2nd time getting the “brown hot water” served to me, so it was nit an error. It may satisfy Tourists, but should be skipped by the Connoisseur. This was the only thing to spoil a great meal ending.
