Jersey Mike's Subs

I had to give a star to leave review. We ordered through uber and when we received these pigmy sandwiches for $53 we should've went to Cody's for a Porterhouse steak dinner. I can order 3 12inch subs from subway for $19 and the bread not be thicker than the contents inside the sandwich. The bread was tough and stale like it was out in the open air for a day or two. Never again will I order from here I will head to Cody's for a Porterhouse steak first. Then I had to fight with 4 different people to get my money refunded. I had to literally take the meat off the bread and eat a sub with no bread. Not a good way to end a hard working day. I mean Charlie's sandwiches are better than this place and I get 2 subs and ultimate cheese fries for less money. Lost our business for real.

I don't understand why they can't take orders at 8:30

Tarpon Springs: Food always tastes fresh. I don't care much for the cheese steak meat being over chopped into mush so I stick to the cold subs. The Italian is very good especially on Rosemary bread. I plan on trying other varieties.
Service: I have had multiple experiences some good and some bad. The bad experience is mostly when picking up my order compared to eating there. 1.They acknowledged my order, checked the bag but then made me wait 8 minutes to hand me my order. 2. Time: I asked for oil/vinegar on the side. The bag didn't have it in the bag so one girl put some in but then ignored me after that (bad). I wanted to know if they put oil/vinegar on the sandwich before I left. Another girl (good)stepped in, checked it and remade the sandwich for me. Some people have attitudes like I am bothering them for even being there. The food is great though.

. The first time the order was made , it was made incorrectly. The second time it was made correctly but the meat tasted like it had freezer burn after bringing it home. Usually the food is pretty good but it was very disappointing tonight.

Man what a fantastic crew! Kyle, Sarah and Darren are an example of what customer service should be. My son came in and was picky about the tuna, he didn't like the celery. Kyle literally picked the celery out for my son just so he could try it. Absolutely amazing! Would have these people training other stores!

One of my favorite spots to get a Philly.
Always had pleasant exspirence at this location.
I was actually thanked for adding the 10% tip, I have never in my life exspirenced a thank you. Lots of people say they don't deserve a tip, and I felt bad only doing 10% even though I wasn't being served on to go order. But to thank me. That was greatly appreciated. Giant sub is plenty for 2 people.

Ordered two regular subs. When picked up the subs were 5inches. The size of there mini subs. Was told by employees they didn’t get bread delivery so they were super sorry. Why was I told when ordered? This was a deliberate attempt to rip off customers on there order by this location and will never come again!!!!
