Delicious barbecue, juicy crispy chicken wings, amazing cornbread casserole. Wonderful staff both of whom are culinary students.

Burnt tips in hot sauce was melt in your mouth, gimme all that and some more goodness. We did take out and licked the container it was so tasty! Sweet and smoky with just the right amount of heat on the back end to make you want a sip of ice cold beer. Definitely making KC Que my BBQ.

Honestly haven't had food this bad in so long. We had not been here before and were excited to try it. We came at 630pm and it was almost empty. We decided to share the sampler, which has pulled pork, brisket, and ribs with three sides. Mac n cheese, baked beans, and cornbread casserole. The brisket was decent, the pork was just ok. The ribs were absolutely inedible. They've been sitting around for longer than today, they had a funk to them. The beans were awful, casserole inedible, and the mac n cheese was dry but my 2 year old did eat it.. you never should leave a bbq place and think you could make it better yourself.the waitress was nice but inexperienced. All around a bad experience.. save your money and go anywhere else at all...

Great Local Flavor setting in a converted large home. We had ribs and brisket sandwich. Outstanding taste. Be sure to order the french fries and Brunswick Stew. You will come back for more.

This is a really quaint place to have lunch or dinner. There is a nice story on the take out menus that tells the journey of the owners. A cool American dream story. I like to eat in these type places. It is more personal then going to a food chain establishment. We ordered the sample plate for two. The brisket was my favorite. It melted in your mouth. The sides were very tasty. You can tell it was all homemade. The owners came out to our porch seating to chat with us. We had a very charming late lunch!
