Burnt tips in hot sauce was melt in your mouth, gimme all that and some more goodness. We did take out and licked the container it was so tasty! Sweet and smoky with just the right amount of heat on the back end to make you want a sip of ice cold beer. Definitely making KC Que my BBQ.
Great Local Flavor setting in a converted large home. We had ribs and brisket sandwich. Outstanding taste. Be sure to order the french fries and Brunswick Stew. You will come back for more.
This is a really quaint place to have lunch or dinner. There is a nice story on the take out menus that tells the journey of the owners. A cool American dream story. I like to eat in these type places. It is more personal then going to a food chain establishment. We ordered the sample plate for two. The brisket was my favorite. It melted in your mouth.
