Terrible experience. It took 45 min to get our food. We were with a group of 6 and food came out individually over 45 min. There was no cold water or ice. There were no apologies or recognition of the poor service. The food overall was mediocre and overpriced. Would never go back.

My daughter asked to go here for her birthday lunch. I was a little skeptical because I’m pretty picky about my shawarma, but it did not disappoint! I got the beef shawarma and it was excellent!! Definitely worth the visit!

Only ordered the hummus, it was delicious…but not worth $11.70 with tax for this small portion. As a cultured Arab this is too expensive for the quantity.

I can only recommend to never go to this place! They are expensive and they require to be paid before you receive your food and then when it is bad they will refuse to give your money back! Terrible customer service and food service!

So disappointed, drove for over an hour on a Tuesday November 28 for dinner, got there at 6pm, just to be greeted by a closed door and no lights….

Very tasty Greek food selection. Service was good and the serving size was good which gave us leftovers to enjoy later.

Paid 20 dollars for lentil soup and hummus/pita. Got a bunch of hummus and one pita cut into four pieces. Not hardly enough. Also, the soup is small and has huge potato chunks taking up room. Their quality has gone downhill and I will not be returning. I can get way better nearby since I live in a Greek town.

We love this place. The food is outstanding and Madeline is a genuine pleasure. It's right in a cute neighborhood and great bite.

I went here Friday and had a lovely experience. First I have to say how amazing the customer service was. The cashier was so helpful and kind. She let me try 2 of the dips since I was indecisive. They even cut up cucumbers for me, instead of pita since I don’t eat gluten. The food was so yummy!! I especially loved the humus. I’ll definitely be back!!

No working phone number. No parking. No service. Seen this place a few times and thought I'd give it a try. Tried to call in an order. The phone number listed is not a working number. My next thought was to walk in and place an order. There are like 2 or 3 legal parking spots in front of the shop which is between several other businesses. I parked illegally thinking I'd place my order, ran a few errands and pick up my order. While in the restaurant I could see at least 2 women in the kitchen. After standing at the counter for over 5 minutes one of the woman came up and asked if anyone had taken my order. I responded no. She then turned and walked back into the kitchen without taking my order. I waited a few more minutes and left without placing an order. I have no idea how the food is. I do know it is pricey. I do know the business is going to close because customer service is non existent. I'd suggest Wraps and Kabobs about a mile up the road on US 19n. Great beef shawarma with excellent service. And a lower price to boot.

The husband and I have been waiting for the summer crowds to thin out to try Madeline’s. It was definitely worth the wait. While not exactly the shawarma we remember fondly from our years in Europe, the flavors were wonderful.I ordered the beef and the husband ordered the chicken. The shawarma came cut in half so we each tried half of each. The chicken had a nice sharp garlic kick and the beef had a great Mediterranean flavor. The restaurant is rather small but has indoor seating and a couple of outdoor bistro-style tables as well. The food took a bit to get, but we didn’t mind the wait and used the time to see the large photos on the walls.
