Shows that they are open 24 hours on EVERY app and website but when we pulled up to order for our group they told us they were closed.. but if you’re closed why is someone talking through the drive through speaker to tell us you’re closed?? hmmm .. doesn’t make sense. need to fix your hours if you’re not actually open 24/7.

Went there on 12/13/25 about 10pm. Ordered happy meal with extra fries instead of apple fries. Which we have always gotten before. Tonight who ever was in charge. She did not want to hear it. She needs better training. On what they can do.

Horrible service tonight! Sat in drive up, two cars that came in after me were served, then I said please, the guy said ma’am, I have a lot going on! That is just wrong and shame on you McDonald’s! On another note, I do love Scott who is normally there with the drive-through orders but not tonight!

Me and my children went there on December 1st. One we weren't acknowledged. Then after 20 minutes of everyone in the back watching us stand at the counter! As well as watching other customers walk out in frustration. We left ... Without being serviced. I will be contacting the GM! Awful experience!!

I usually order thru the app and via outside p/u or drive thru. On the rare occasion I've been in the store, it has always been immaculate. I had stopped going to this Taarpon location because fir a long period of time the staffing was really awful re (order errors, , not friendly or accommodating, which I blame on mgmt at that time. I recently visited them again to see if things improved and they have, 100%.

Advertising 24hrs. I show up at 345am on my way to work. Leaving early and skipping breakfast at home thinking I'll at least be able to pick up a coffee on my way in. They say they are closed until 415am and will reopen then for breakfast. So, now I'm out not only food but coffee as well. Don't advertise 24hrs if you aren't open 24hrs. Ahh hole move.
The manager Betania & her team were on point this evening & my to go pick up order was ready in under 5 minutes! Thanks!!!! 🤍😊👍🏼

The woman at the front rudely demanded I use the kiosk and when I asked if I'm able to pay cash there she ignored me. I had to ask again much louder for a second lady to give me an answer. The rude woman seemed to be a manager with a pink bow and braided ponytail.

Horrible food, greasy and old. Couldnt believe they actually served that to me. Also has sign on door prohibiting firearms for law abiding citizens so you know the criminals will be the only ones armed. Should be ashamed to be in Florida. Never again.
