National Bakery Reviews
The fantastic service and employees ! The most amazing desserts ever! I love their frest bread too! The best kataifi, baklava, koulourakia, & koulouri rings that you will ever find !
The homemade delicious treats that we found in the gem of a spot are some of the best Greek sweets and breads I’ve ever tasted. Stacy was welcoming and helpful. If you are in Tarpon Springs- don’t go to the “factory made” on the main drag. It’s less than 2 minutes of a walk to get authentic Greek baked goods. (Cash only, so be prepared)
My husband and I discovered this delight on our weekend getaway. These are some of the best pastries I've ever had. what made this even better was the lady at the counter was one of the most joyous people I've ever met.

National Bakery is a hidden gem that has become a weekly trip for many. This cash-only bakery offers an impressive array of homemade delicious treats, including the best baklava, kataifi, and Greek sweets and breads, at an excellent price. With a focus on quality and customer service, the staff is always happy to help and offer a quick tour of the bakery. The baklava is rolled like an egg roll, crispy on the outside and soaked just right inside, making it easily the best thing in town. Every dessert, including key lime, tiramisu, and the phenomenal napoleon, is incredible and affordable. The crew goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, contributing to a wonderful experience. Whether stopping by for pastries or ordering in bulk for an event, National Bakery is a must-visit destination for authentic Greek baked goods. Tucked away on the back streets, this bakery has been serving up old-school Greek pastries since 1925, and it is absolutely worth the detour.
