I went to Panera bread a couple of weeks ago and ordered a tuna sandwich and I got a bun as hard as a stone I complained and they took my name and address and said I would get a voucher for 10 dollars to make up for for my negative experience. while I was sitting I heard the people working there making noises as it they were burping and vomiting 🤮 I wondered where was management.
A few days later I received a voucher for 5 dollars.
