Why coffee is cold an hour before closing? Splash guards on the coffee thermoses might benefit from more frequent cleaning (the transparent, U shaped thing around the spigot on the last pic). Oh, and I was charged by a giant roach.

Always my go to place when in the area. Love the holiday options. Jimiah took care of me. Her smile is warming and her work ethic grabbed my attention. The other three “team members” were not as helpful and you could hear their laugh from across the restaurant.. huddle up in a group on their phones.The young lady answered my question with a “what?” No manager present. Being in the restaurant industry for 10 years+ , People like Jimiah should be recognized. Great job holding it down.

Losing 20 minutes of your life being forced to watch a teenager struggle with the lack of life skills needed to simply balance a scoop of chicken salad on a slice of bread and FAILING OVER AND OVER AGAIN is enough to make tou want to forget out your own eyes and eat them instead of whatever you might eventually get in this lunchtime lottery of mediocrity and scrolliosis

The Tarpon location used to be so clean and friendly. It keeps going down hill. I blame it on management. I was there last Friday around five and hardly any customers were there, and tables were dirty and when I went into the bathroom it was downright filthy. In one stall the toilet even had poop on the seat! At the counter I stood waiting, I was the only one, and all the employees were goofing off and laughing together. Some of them saw me and still didn't come over or even say, we'll be right there. Nothing. Finally a guy who looked like he was maybe a manager, on the customer side of the counter, looked right at me and didn't ask if anyone was helping me but instead was started telling an employee to hand him things inside a cupboard. I was just getting ready to interrupt them and say hey, you got a customer, and a girl came over. I don't blame the untrained kids that work there, but on the poor management that is ruining our town's Panera.

Good sandwich, however service attitude is not good, I ordered 2 italian sandwiches, when i open, it was cold and no flavor, no vegetable, simply cold sandwich, the store manager had bad attitude try to persuade me that it was the right way, even said we can heat it up to make it italian...I have never seen any store manager had that kind of bad attitude.
Sometimes the service is slow even when they are not that busy but it's always worth the wait and the employees are very nice. Thanks.

I love Panera food but At noon they decide to have 1 cashier only on a weekday. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I’m not trying to spend my half hour lunch on a long line. Please do better.

I have been coming here for years and I’ve been watching the quality of the food go downhill. Since they changed to the new drinks, I like the citrus punch as well as the lavender blueberry lemonade and if I get it from other Panera bread locations, they seem to taste great. But for some reason every time I get it from this location, it tastes rancid. I don’t know what they’re doing to make it or how they’re making it, but it doesn’t taste like the other locations. I typically like to get a salad but even the salads that I have gotten the chicken in it just doesn’t taste right. It’s really chewy.

My wife has cancer and with Chemo, things don't taste good. She has found comfort in Panera French onion soup in a bread bowl. I get it several times a week. Thank you for choices I also find plenty of things I like

I love this Panera. Great place! The bathrooms and floors are so clean! A lot cleaner than most places I go. And the bathroom weren’t gross and horrible smelling which is important since I go there to study for hours and need to use it multiple times per visit!
