We just ordered a bunch of food through Uber eats and of course it’s missing most of our order. And to top it off the cream of chicken soup is extremely watery AGAIN. I’ve finally learned my lesson and will never order from them again. I used to order Panera two to three times a week bc they are so close to my house but after numerous disasters with incorrect and missing orders and food quality, I can no longer afford to continue to waste my money on subpar food and service. How hard is it to check to ensure that everything is accounted for??? I’ve spoken to the manager numerous times to no avail. You need to hire people who actually can do the work. So goodbye Panera bc your piss poor customer service and food quality has lost you a once valuable customer.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food tasted. Price was moderate and service was very good.

Sip club drinks are rarely ready timely.
Been popping in and out for past 6 years and it keeps going downhill. Service is shabby, soup was good albeit on the cool side. Place is not kept clean but the only positive aspect is the outside patio seating arrangement, always pleasant in cooler weather. Overall, Panera has deteriorated in the past 12 years.

I love Panera. Sip club member. However this location is the only one that kicks you out at closing. First off they close at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday nights when the one by my house closes at 9:00. Even still they go around to remind you that they close at 8:00. Doesn't matter if you walk in right before 8:00 and place your order, they want you out of the building at that exact hour. Unlike any other Panera I've been to at closing time. Or any other restaurant for that matter. Usually you're allowed to stay in the dining area until you're done eating. Happened twice to me in the last month, both times on a Sunday night. All restaurants have closing duties, employees don't leave the building right at the hour of closing so why not let the patrons finish their food and drinks before leaving? I believe they do this so they can crank up the stereo during their closing duties. The first time it happened the radio was turned on real loud! Like I said when I started, did not experience this at any other Panera. And I've closed many of them around the Bay area.

Definitely one of the dirtiest and and one of the most run down Paneras I had a pleasure to visit. If this is what the customers see on the front end; it makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like

I can't recommend at this hurricane recovery moment. Power is out in many places. Sewage is not trustworthy with foul smell.outside.

Panera is not what it used to be. They use to have a wider selection of food. They got rid of whole grain bread some time ago, and just recently got rid of frozen coffee drinks. Their restaurants don’t appear as clean and inviting, like they did years ago. Mom and pop cafes are usually better.

Ordered 3 full subs and 3 onion soup. Delivered by GrubHub. Delivery was quick and great but the food ... HORRIBLE. Ordered a caprese sub that had literally 3 pieces of cheese on it sliced so thin you could see through it. So if you're looking for a bread sandwich that costs $17+ dollars .. this is your place. I'll never order from Panera again.
