They do not wear gloves at this restaurant which I don't know how you cannot have gloves at a restaurant I don't know I'm almost positive as against health inspection. Then the one dude went and grabbed the money and went straight to making food right after. Then I paid an extra $2.50 for extra tomatoes I can understand if it was like 75 cents but if I paid an extra $2.50 this is not extra tomatoes. I know that we are in an inflation but damn if I'm paying $2.50 I could get three tomatoes out of the store for that price. Does not even taste the same.

I had an issue with my order and was connected through to Kasper. She was amazing and so helpful and corrected my issue immediately. She made the experience much less stressful and I will be sure to use this location from this point forward because I trust that the food will be quality and the customer care will be high quality

I have been getting pizza from here for years never had issues today I go in there's like seven people working no one paying attention you got people in the back playing around One guy comes up seems like he is overwhelmed obviously not getting any help from any of the other ones too busy playing to actually work get home My pizza's not even cut properly barely any sauce on my pizza It tastes like burnt bread this place is gone downhill and seeing how the reviews are I wouldn't be surprised if they closed down eventually this is pathetic I don't know what is wrong with y'all thinking that you can just ignore be in professional but if you can't seem to make pizza properly if you can't seem to do your job properly then maybe you shouldn't be doing it at all

App said my pizza was ready for pick up. When I arrived the employee in the back sitting in a chat finally acknowledged me standing at the counter says it will be 4-5 mins. I continued to stand at the counter since I was the only one there and he went back and sat back down in his chair. When I got back home I opened the box and there must’ve been 5 pounds of cheese and the dough was raw. I just ate it cause I was too hungry to deal with it , just hope I don’t get sick

Casper the girl with piercings is very nice to me I order once a week over the phone and pick up at store , door dash messed up one of my orders and she helped me out and gave me a free pizza for next! The food is great 99 percent of the time, and Casper is funny and nice! Great management 👏

This papa johns location is literally gross! The pizza from this place in inedible; they put half of the cheese required to save money: pizza is mainly sauce and every time I order the pizza crust is so hard! Like it has been Cooke twice! Do not order from this location! You will be dissatisfied! Reaching out to corporate about my last order it was completely unacceptable

I went in to pick up my pizza and no one felt like coming to the front counter for 5 minutes. Everyone in there looks so incredibly miserable, like I get it you work at a pizza place but god damn. I paid for EXTRA mushroom on mine because they usually don’t put enough and it looks like they just grabbed a light handful and tossed them on there horribly. Don’t go to tarpon fast food if you can help it.

Picked up lunch for me and a couple people at my office. I love the cheese sticks with the cheese dipping sauce! Pepperoni pizza is always the go to classic. Austin was great!
