App said my pizza was ready for pick up. When I arrived the employee in the back sitting in a chat finally acknowledged me standing at the counter says it will be 4-5 mins. I continued to stand at the counter since I was the only one there and he went back and sat back down in his chair. When I got back home I opened the box and there must’ve been 5 pounds of cheese and the dough was raw. I just ate it cause I was too hungry to deal with it , just hope I don’t get sick

Casper the girl with piercings is very nice to me I order once a week over the phone and pick up at store , door dash messed up one of my orders and she helped me out and gave me a free pizza for next! The food is great 99 percent of the time, and Casper is funny and nice! Great management 👏

This papa johns location is literally gross! The pizza from this place in inedible; they put half of the cheese required to save money: pizza is mainly sauce and every time I order the pizza crust is so hard! Like it has been Cooke twice! Do not order from this location! You will be dissatisfied! Reaching out to corporate about my last order it was completely unacceptable

I went in to pick up my pizza and no one felt like coming to the front counter for 5 minutes. Everyone in there looks so incredibly miserable, like I get it you work at a pizza place but god damn. I paid for EXTRA mushroom on mine because they usually don’t put enough and it looks like they just grabbed a light handful and tossed them on there horribly. Don’t go to tarpon fast food if you can help it.

Picked up lunch for me and a couple people at my office. I love the cheese sticks with the cheese dipping sauce! Pepperoni pizza is always the go to classic. Austin was great!

No wonder this place has so many bad reviews, my wife and i have been waiting for an order to be completed for 20 minutes now and still it's not done. We are delivering for door dash and this is our money you're messing with, especially when you have 3 people inside working???? How is nothing done on time? You can tell the owner doesn't care about the people he's employing cuz these guys suck. Thanks for hurting my pay since your guys don't care about how long it's taking.

Ordered a pizza from them a week ago and they screwed it up. Decided I would have them deliver the replacement tonight. Almost 2 hours later and still no pizza. Called to ask where it was and was told they are waiting for a dasher to pick it up even though I didn’t order online, I called the store. I’m definitely done with this location after this. At this point my pizza has been sitting in a warmer for over an hour and will probably be cold by the time a dasher gets here with it.

Second time I have ordered off the app and have waited for more than 2 hours for my food. If your insurance doesn't cover deliverys after 5pm why on earth would you off delivery? You source out door dash if I wanted to door dash food I would have used their app but didn't because door dash is just asuch as a hassle.. needless to say the very last time I will be ordering from this location or any other PAPA JOHNS. MARRCOS HERE WE COME.
