Papa Johns Pizza

No wonder this place has so many bad reviews, my wife and i have been waiting for an order to be completed for 20 minutes now and still it's not done. We are delivering for door dash and this is our money you're messing with, especially when you have 3 people inside working???? How is nothing done on time? You can tell the owner doesn't care about the people he's employing cuz these guys suck. Thanks for hurting my pay since your guys don't care about how long it's taking.

Ordered a pizza from them a week ago and they screwed it up. Decided I would have them deliver the replacement tonight. Almost 2 hours later and still no pizza. Called to ask where it was and was told they are waiting for a dasher to pick it up even though I didn’t order online, I called the store. I’m definitely done with this location after this. At this point my pizza has been sitting in a warmer for over an hour and will probably be cold by the time a dasher gets here with it.

Second time I have ordered off the app and have waited for more than 2 hours for my food. If your insurance doesn't cover deliverys after 5pm why on earth would you off delivery? You source out door dash if I wanted to door dash food I would have used their app but didn't because door dash is just asuch as a hassle.. needless to say the very last time I will be ordering from this location or any other PAPA JOHNS. MARRCOS HERE WE COME.

We use to order from Domino's Only for several year's but the Domino's here in Tarpon Springs has gone to garbage Papa Johns was a Blessing its Real Pizza Makers and Kind Helpful People and They dont put the pizza's smashed on top to mash the bottom pizza. This is THE BEST PIZZA MAKERS PAPA JOHNS. THANK YOU ALL AT OUR TARPON SPRINGS STORE. WE LOVE YOU! GOD BLESS

So I ordered pizza for my 10-year old. It took extremely long to get here. And I guess they partner with doordash so I didn't hear a knock on the door as Im always waiting for from Papa John's. Never heard it open the door the food with sitting there. I bring it in the house the box of pizza is covered in ants. I called them and told them and the guy gave me attitude the general manager. SMH just a really sad night!! Papa John's is my 10-year-old's favorite place to eat.. ?

This was the worst place I have ever gotten food from I ordered boneless wings they were so soggy and the bone in one's we got too was burnt and nasty I should of known it was gonna be a disaster since the papa John's delivery driver car was ahead of us on the way to pick up the wings and his backwindow had 5 inches of dirt the wiper indent was on it no lie I should of took a picture and he's delivering your guys pizza uggh please do not get food from here if I could give a 0 star I would

Not sure why papa John’s does bites but it seems silly. I think they should just stick with pizza. Guy was very nice. You could tell he was tired. I hope he doesn’t work so hard cause he was pretty young. It would be cool these days if kids could only work 3 to 4 days a week with no more than 18 to 24 hours. The bites were okay. I hope I can try there stuff crusted pizzas soon. Thank you for your service.
